Jims a natural born strategist. Twenty plus years working in advertising will do that to a person. He founded ARG in 2002 and brings depth of knowledge and understanding of business-first marketing practices. Hes pioneered ARG to provide exceptional levels of client service and strategic creative solutions. Under Jims stewardship the agency remains agile to meet the evolving demands of an ever changing marketing landscape. Hell obsess over details in his relentless pursuit of client satisfaction.

Before joining Allen Roche Group Laura held Financial Analyst positions in a variety of industries including Consulting and Healthcare. Most notably Laura worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Hill Holiday a top-tier advertising agency in Boston. Since joining the ARG team Laura has worked in several areas of the business including Direct Mail Account Service and Accounting. She holds a B.S. in Finance from Providence College and an MBA from Suffolk University.

Living in New England its important to find something to do to get through those cold winter months so we love to head up North and out West to go skiing. I also enjoy reading and hikes in the woods with our Swiss Mountain dog Maddie.

Specifically Nicole has vast experience in advertising for the automotive industry. She is passionate about her job and the work that she does. Nicole has solid skills in communication which explains why she loves human relationships has a deep love for animals and feels music brings a lot to peoples lives. Nicoles main focus is building relationships with new clients and strengthening existing ones. She strives to have a deep understanding of all clients and their business goals challenges and needs.

John has over 15 years of marketing experience as well as a strong background in client services technology and project management. John has worked in a variety of industries including financial law energy and hospitality and brings a diverse perspective having worked for organizations both large and small. John has worked with top-tier clients including Fidelity Investments Bank of America and MIT.
In his previous role at an internet startup John was a project manager overseeing the website and database launch at a green energy research company. Now in his role at Allen Roche Group John helps to support our clients by creating maintaining and optimizing their digital presence.
John lives on the north shore and enjoys running biking and hiking.

For over 25 years Jacks clients have enjoyed one of the worlds most elusive art forms–creative advertising that actually sells more products. Working on both the agency and client side (including stops at Grey Advertising RBI Nielsen and Affinion) Jack has helped companies like Pamp;G Dannon American Express and Wells Fargo attract more customers…and sell more products. Hes also helped them learn the proper ways to execute digital campaigns and avoid the pitfalls and poor practices that plague many advertisers. As Allen Roche Groups Creative Director Jack enjoys helping clients experience the benefits of truly great advertising. He also enjoys listening to very loud music while he works.

Beth brings a wide range of knowledge and experience to the table having worked at a number of well-established Advertising Agencies over the years such as Wells Rich Greene in NYC and both Harold Cabot and Hill Holliday in Boston. After getting her start as an intern at WOR-AM in New York City she fell in love with the business and knew she had to find her place in the industry. She has certainly done that and then some during her accomplished career. She has worked on accounts such as Marshalls Nissan Infiniti New England Ford Dealers The Boston Globe Massachusetts State Lottery Reebok and John Hancock Insurance just to name a few. Beth understands the importance of the right media mix for each client and works hard to make sure their advertising budgets are used in the most effective and beneficial way to ensure successful campaigns.

She loves to go around to everyones desk for a quick hello and occasionally can be found secretly checking out her co-workers trash bins. She loves to hang with her ARG family and is always happy when someone is giving her a little extra attention.

Maggie is new to the ARG family amp; a welcome addition. She loves coming to work to see her co-workers sneak some of Maddies toys (while she is not in the office) and race around the office like a greyhound. She can be found taking her mid-day nap on the back of Nicoles chair and loves exploring her new office space.
