Dr. Kiran Kantak brings over 35 years of modeling and analysis experience. His passion for developing proprietary algorithms and custom simulation tools offer measurable time and cost efficiencies for ARW clients.
Holding previous titles at companies such as Rockwell International TRW and Hughes Dr. Kantak was also instrumental in the design and development of electric vehicles.
Anita Kantak is the founder and visionary behind ARW. With over 30 years of marketing research experience across the healthcare automotive food high-tech and electronics industries she genuinely enjoys helping her clients understand what makes consumers tick. She is well versed in the latest statistical and research methodologies multivariate analysis and advanced analytical techniques. Anita previously held roles in market research management at Mitsubishi Corporation and Pioneer Electronics.
Anita holds a Ph.D. in Social Psychology and Market Research from Claremont Graduate University as well as a Master of Science from Southern Connecticut University and a Bachelor of Arts from Bangalore University in India. Anita has served on a number of Boards of Directors including the Southern California Minority Development Council and the Assistance League of Orange (CA).
When it comes to qualitative research Lou Jacobs is an authority. Over the past 30 years he moderated over 1500 focus groups and 1000 plus one-on-one interviews both onsite and online.
Lou has experience designing implementing analyzing and interpreting market research studies for a variety of product and service categories—healthcare and medical packaged goods supermarkets restaurants hotels entertainment consumer electronics and a number of California State Services.

Sonia received a masters of public health with emphasis on marketing and research from Tulane University and a bachelors degree in physiology from UCLA.
