After working in corporate finance and venture capital for 6 years Caleb founded Arcos Analytics. With data science experience he has developed data tools for executives directors and practitioners. His experience in data science project management sales and lean development has contributed to the success of over 200 companies.

Tad graduated from the KU Data Analytics Boot Camp and built firm skill sets in data-organization processing analysis and visualization with various software and platforms such as MongoDB Python Power BI. After working as a freelance front-end web designer/developer Tad joined Arcos Analytics. Along with being a Data Analyst he works as a researcher to better understand our clients needs.
