John formed notorious Orange County band Goldfinger in 1994 and quickly became an Aamp;R representative for Warner Bros. Records amp; Maverick Records where he signed The Used City Sleeps Story of the Year and Mest.
He has done production work with Good Charlotte The Used Atreyu Escape the Fate Panic! At the Disco Boys Like Girls 5 Seconds of Summer and Blink 182. Most recently he produced the seventh studio album for Blink 182 titled ’California’ which nominated he and the band their first Grammy nomination for ’Best Rock Album’. Also in July 2017 John was awarded the ’Influencer’ Award at the Alt Press Music Awards. As Head of Aamp;R at Big Noise John started the company with the idea to find and produce the next up-and-coming artists and continue his track record of developing successful acts world-wide.
Adam Muhlbaums experience in records and publishing spans multiple areas of expertise including marketing project management and operations.
After graduating from NYU with a degree in Music Business in 2013 Adam began his career at BMG where he worked on multiple #1 albums and singles from blink-182 Janet Jackson Iron Maiden and many others. After working as the head of sales amp; operations at Dim Mak Records Adam is now focused on developing Big Noise and its artists into powerful forces in the music business.
Livia works day-to-day with Big Noise songwriters producers and artists creating collaborative opportunities as well as reviewing and critiquing their new works.
Previous to working at Big Noise Livia was the Aamp;R Manager at Arthouse Entertainment home of artists and writers Jon Bellion and Kara Dioguardi. She was integrally involved in all facets of the companys operations including Aamp;R marketing management and business affairs. There she assisted in the development of writers and producers Ingrid Andress (Charli XCX Matoma Why Dont We) Feli Ferraro (Normani) Rabitt (Andy Grammer) Pete Nappi (30 Seconds To Mars Shinedown) and Mark Holman (Florida Georgia Line).
Jess came off the road after years of touring nationally as a musician and established custom music house Sound Revolver in LA where she has produced written and composed hundreds of songs for other artists TV/Film series and Ads/Commercial.
Projects through SR have won a Telly Award Clio Award and gone RIAA Certified Gold and been featured on everything from HBO to Dreamworks Nickelodeon and national ad campaigns for major brands. As VP of sync strategy Jess will be maximizing creative sync opportunities on behalf of Big Noise Music Group.
As Director of Marketing Heathers responsibilities encompass marketing strategies project management brand partnerships and creative digital campaigns.
Previously to working at Big Noise Heather worked as an Artist Project Manager for the distribution company and record label Amuse. She was integrally involved in all facets of the companys operations including artist signings across all genres project management marketing and label relations. Prior to that she worked at an artist management company as the Director of Talent and as a day-to-day manager for several artists. She also worked in marketing management at Simon Cowells label SYCO and previously worked in tour/content production on projects for Kanye West amp; Rae Sremmurd.
As the music coordinator Ryan works in sync and Aamp;R creatively pitching music for placements in media and coordinating artist/songwriter/producer sessions for clients on our label and publishing roster.
After graduating from UCLA in 2018 Ryan began his career in Aamp;R at Unrestricted Music Publishing and music marketing at Black Box LA. While at Black Box LA he worked on all-things marketing and DSP pitching for artists such as JP Saxe Cody Lovaas and more. Shortly after he was the music analyst over at Warner Bros. Entertainment working to establish a centralized music rights database for the entire film music library.
Austin Chase is an Aamp;R and Digital Marketing Manager for Commission Records. Austin combines his passions for unique content creation and connecting with artists to assist the Commission roster. Austin has gained diverse knowledge of the music industry by interning for two major labels (Atlantic Records amp; RCA Records) as well as working alongside more independent artist camps (Lil Mosey amp; Mass Appeal Records). Austin enjoys sharing his experiences as a way to help educate other aspiring music industry professionals.
As the Aamp;R Assistant Amy Monzon works alongside Livia (Director of Aamp;R and Publishing) in helping Big Noise songwriters producers and artists find new ways of teaming up with creatives across the industry to make exciting new projects come to life.
After graduating from Santa Clara University in 2018 Amy began working at William Morris Endeavors music department in their headquarter office in Beverly Hills CA. During her time at the agency she worked for two agents in the International touring space. From learning the business/touring side of the industry she switched gears and became Coordinator for Aamp;R and Management at Hallwood Media where her goal was to learn more on the creatives process of music making and development. Amys passion for innovation and music is what led her to the Big Noise family. Shes excited to grow her knowledge in Aamp;R continue to seek and develop new creatives as well as educate young women everywhere on the possibilities of becoming music industry professionals.
