Our principal designers work on every step of each design project. Co-Owners Mindi and Riley Raker take pride in managing designing and producing all aspects of the design process. Mindi focuses on project management research and content organization. Riley develops easy-to-use websites and examines final design deliverables to ensure a high standard of quality across all design products. Mindi and Riley both love the discovery and design process. They work together with their clients to create successful design solutions.

She provides effective direction to subcontractors. Her organized style naturally lends itself to successful project management. She keeps everyone updated about what is happening and what needs to happen at every stage of the process.
Riley is curious about design. With over a decade of experience he continually searches for the best way to visually communicate ideas. Design research provides insight into each client and their audience. He examines the creative approach frequently asking why our solutions are the best. His user-driven design philosophy pushes our creative solutions to have meaning and logic behind each design decision. He brings a focused creative vision to clients projects. Each project delivers a consistent voice and graphic style that captures the spirit of the organization. He delivers an intuitive user interface design that enables our clients to easily update and maintain their own websites after receiving the final implemented website design.
He believes that good design is in the details. Riley creates precise designs and every deliverable receives a thorough examination. This attention to detail ensures our designs are versatile across mediums and that each product is highly usable.
