At Blue Gill we believe training should be conducted with the same quality as formal educational instruction. Training sessions without concrete steps for completion post-training are pointless. Thus in every training session we provide tips tools and strategies to encourage applying the new knowledge. What is career coaching?
Career coaching is designed to empower professionals who desire to grow themselves inside or outside of an organization. In addition to a leadership development program we also offer personalized dream-to-reality career plans.
What is OCILB and why do you provide that training for the state of Ohio?
OCILB is the Ohio Construction Industry Licensing Board which is part of the Ohio Department of Commerce. This Board among other things provides licenses for plumbers HVAC professionals Hydronics refrigeration specialists and electricians. Maintenance of such licenses requires eight (8) hours of training every year. Blue Gill Consulting Group is a state-approved training agency (#639) that provides the required 8-hour training in 2-hour segments or all-day classes four times annually. For each training session we provide informative handouts networking opportunities as well as lunch.
