As CEO of BLVR_ Scott leads the strategic vision of the company_ ensuring BLVRs Brand Belief philosophy is at the heart of everything it does Scott brings more than a decade of award-winning strategic ideation_ design_ brand_ and business-building experience to impactful brands such as Andis_ Vessel_ Futures Fins_ and DHI Telecom <_p>

Previously_ Scott founded Risen Magazine_ a pop-culture publication distributed nationwide at Walmart_ Barnes amp Noble_ and Virgin Mega-stores_ and co-founded The Glue Network_ a global cause marketing platform that partnered with brands and non-profit organizations like Cisco_ Hurley_ TOMS_ and Keep-A-Breast_ to name a few <_p>

Adam leads BLVRs day-to-day operations and is responsible for the financial affairs of the company He takes great satisfaction in ensuring the BLVR team executes at a high level to ensure positive outcomes for every client With almost 20 years of industry experience_ Adam has worked with close to 500 brands_ including Globe_ World Vision_ Marcus amp Millichap_ Creative Planning_ and Liberty Station to name a few Adam is passionate about making a difference in the world and serves on the board of Youth For Christ San Diego and Elevate Elementary School He is also actively involved with Cub Scouts and Little League Baseball <_p>

Having co-founded BLVR with brother Adam_ Todd brings over 20 years of experience to the design side of the business He has been involved in all aspects of the companys creative offerings adding senior leadership and design application Todd also acts as director of photography for the consultancy shooting or producing each aspect of a shoot both in studio and in the field He enjoys using his talents on projects of purpose where greater impact is being made throughout the world with such clients as World Vision_ Bethany Hamilton_ Natural High_ and Bob Goffs Love Does <_p>

Lenya leads business development at BLVR and is well-versed in partnering with Clients to drive long-term value for their organization She honed her craft working on global brands like Procter amp Gamble_ Anheuser-Busch_ Sony_ and Canon at leading agencies_ including Saatchi amp Saatchi_ Leo Burnett_ and BASIC A master of purpose-led creativity_ her work has been honored by the Effie Awards and the prestigious Cannes Lion Festival <_p>

With over a decade of experience_ Austin leads the creative vision at BLVR Photography_ painting_ drawing_ and filming were all early passions that eventually lead to a career in Design amp Advertising Austin has worked with a wide range of clients across all verticals including Transworld Surf Magazine_ Victory Motorcycles_ Polaris Snowmobiles_ MillerCoors_ Toyo Tires_ Wild Turkey_ The North Face_ Eddie Bauer_ and Harrahs Resort Southern California to name a few Hes been recognized by the ADC Awards_ One Show_ Communication Arts_ Lurzers Archive_ Adweek_ Ads of the World_ National Addys_ The Denver 50_ and his artwork has been shown in Colorado_ California_ Georgia_ and New York <_p>

With a background in traditional and digital advertising_ Erica leads the Account Department at BLVR She has experience working for award-winning international brands and local start-ups_ including Papa Johns_ Olive Garden_ 3M and Skullcandy She excels at building strong client relationships and creative strategies that push the business forward In her free time_ you can find this former New Yorker hanging out with her dog_ watching Penn State football or cooking up dishes that give others major food envy <_p>
