    Position Summary<_h5>

    The speech analytics Business Development Executive is responsible for qualifying leads from marketing_ finding new leads_ and developing them into qualified prospects The position requires experience identifying opportunities to deliver solutions utilizing the companys suite of capabilities through uncovering a prospects pain points Candidates will be required to align CallFinders speech analytics solution to solve customers challenges and needs We are open to a remote-based arrangement for the right candidate for the Business Development Executive position <_p>

    Essential Functions amp Responsibilities<_h5>

    I Prospect Qualification amp Development<_strong><_p>

    1. Maintain a current understanding of CallFinder and competitive products and services <_li>
    2. Conduct pre-call and pre-product demonstration research to deliver a targeted pitch to prospects <_li>
    3. Provide subject matter expertise to solve prospects business challenges with speech analytics <_li>
    4. Present speech analytics and business cases that align with prospects challenges while conducting product demonstrations <_li>
    5. Conduct initial product demonstration with available tools and only if required_ schedule a deep-dive demonstration with CallFinder Analysts <_li>
    6. Advance prospects to NDA_Pricing stage_ secure copies of the prospects quality monitoring_ reports and scripts for an initial discovery call <_li>
    7. Schedule business discovery calls once NDA is in place and pricing discussions have been held <_li>
    8. Make measurable_ weekly progress to move multiple opportunities towards the initial discovery sales stage <_li>
    9. Qualify prospects to identify budget_ need_ and buying time frame while identifying the economic buyer_ business users_ influencers and IT_telephony personnel <_li>
    10. Keep an accurate forecast and notes of prospect conversations and document prospects purchase process in Salesforce CRM <_li>
    11. Provide feedback via company communications and CRM systems i e SalesForce regarding competitor offerings <_li>
    12. Interact with and remain in contact with all levels of existing CallFinder clients to expand and grow the existing business after participating in the client project kick-off call <_li><_ol>

The CallFinder Analyst team applies our leading speech analytics and automated call scoring solutions to our clients recorded conversations to capture valuable business insights_ and discover business insights contained in agent-customer conversations The insights derived through working with CallFinder are designed to improve agent performance_ agent training effectiveness_ and the overall customer experience our clients deliver <_p>

            Position Summary <_h5>

            Under the direction of the VP of Operations_ the CallFinder Analyst participates in the full client lifecycle of CallFinder implementations from assisting sales with demo presentations_ discovery of clients business requirements_ and completion of corresponding project plans_ delivery of the custom reports and scorecards_ and ongoing post-implementation client support This position may require out-of-state overnight travel at times <_p>

            Essential Functions <_h5>

            1 Pre-Sale Demo Process<_strong><_p>

            • Deliver demonstrations of the CallFinder solution to qualified prospects using a collaborative approach with sales team <_li>
            • Identify existing relevant business cases to highlight during demos over one or more collaboration sessions with sales <_li>
            • Gain deep insight into prospect speech analytics requirements and develop effective solutions using existing and future product features <_li><_ul>

              2 Post-Sale Implementation amp Client Training<_strong><_p>

              • Collaborate and communicate effectively with Sales_ IS_ and Operations_ as well as business internal stakeholders <_li>
              • Manage project from contract signing through report delivery and provide ongoing support <_li>
              • Analyze customer conversations utilizing CallFinders advanced speech analytics solution <_li>
              • Construct searches and reports designed to automatically categorize and analyze conversations taking place within the clients call center environment <_li>
              • Deliver analysis and reports in alignment with client specified objectives and goals <_li>
              • Create Project Plans and Project Schedules that align with implementation scope and client expectations <_li>
              • Capture_ manage_ and communicate changes to project scope to clients and internal stakeholders <_li>
              • Deliver training programs to clients via remote online meeting software e g _ WebEx <_li>
              • Package and deliver key findings and briefings to clients <_li>
              • Provide weekly_monthly reporting on implementation projects to management and company stakeholders <_li><_ul>

                • Assist other CallFinder team members with data analysis as needed <_li>
