Caltronics Design and Assembly is a custom order PCBA company (printed circuit board assemblies company). Our MY500 jet printer stencil printer and MY100 service mount technology machine can place SMT parts on both sides of a PCB. We also utilize a selective solder machine to solder through-hole parts which allow us to efficiently place through-hole parts on both sides of a board. These different machines allow us to be agile and versatile with the products we create and expand our capabilities to be specialized in prototyping. Finally we ensure high quality with a highly trained quality specialist running a 3D Automated Optical Inspecting machine which takes the initially approved board and compares subsequent products to make sure they match the specifications of the final product.
