Vivek brings 20 years of executive finance experience to provide new opportunities for people to take the leap into the digital world and achieve new economic and personal growth. As chief financial officer at Catalyte Vivek oversees all finance accounting HR administration and corporate development activities and works to advance the companys growth profitability and overall strategy. Prior to joining Catalyte Vivek served as CFO of Discovery Communications US business where he led the finance amp; strategic planning functions across the divisions advertising distribution content and digital operations. Vivek also has experience serving as a strategic Mamp;A and capital raising advisor to companies while at Bank of America Merrill Lynch Citadel Goldman Sachs and Deloitte.
Tom is passionate about unleashing human potential and creating teams that accomplish amazing things. Having managed technology data science and product teams for the last 20 years he has experienced the convergence of creativity with big data and the powerful results it can produce. Born in Florida Tom moved to Maryland 30 years ago where he continues to reside with his wife and two sons.
Prior to Catalyte Tom was chief technology officer at Integral Ad Science. Tom has also served in technology data science and product management executive roles at technology companies such as Advertising.com Aol and Billtrust.

Michele will focus on expanding Catalytes solutions scaling its Odyssey workforce development platform accelerating client acquisition and building the Catalyte brand.
Rob has served in the trenches on the client and services side of IT. This dual insight gives him the keen ability to pinpoint and solve client dilemmas. Having sailed the Southern Seas Rob captains Catalytes most challenging engagements to ensure full client satisfaction and project success.
Previously Rob was head of product management for payments and print at Change Healthcare where he led innovation and managed effective solution delivery through to the broader healthcare market. Prior to that Rob spent a combined 20 years in the payments processing industry. There he managed Visas real-time debit and credit global payments systems product development teams and product development teams for PayPals payments compliance and money market global solutions.
