Chris Fucci Associates LTD. (’CFA’) was founded in 2000 by Christopher C. Fucci as a Sub S Corporation registered in Vermont to provide Real Estate and Business Consulting services to clients throughout the United States.
CFA residential and commercial real estate specializes in real estate syndication sales and development leasing construction and valuations. Our combined years of experience have resulted in over 3500 closed transactions.
The CFA team serves both the residential and commercial markets throughout Vermont and New Hampshire.
During his career Chris Fucci has been involved in the construction of over 125 single family homes and in excess of 4 million square feet of commercial space in northern New England.
Chris Fucci has extensive experience in 1031 tax-free exchanges having brokered transactions in excess of $10 million.

Chris Fucci Associates LTD. was founded by Christopher C. Fucci. A native of Manchester N.H. Chris was educated at Bishop Bradley H.S. in Manchester and Boston College in Chestnut Hill MA. graduating with honors in 1974. Mr. Fucci participated in his familys real estate and construction business throughout his youth and entered the company as a principal in 1974. From 1975 to 1980 he was responsible for the development syndication and construction of Hospital Heights Apartments and Colonial Apartments two federally subsidized housing complexes in central VT. In addition he was the principal broker and manager of Century 21 Rutland Realty and general manager of The Fucci Company in Rutland eventually becoming a partner and the President of each company. Mr. Fucci also became the President and General Partner of Regency Manor Associates owners of the largest multi-family housing complex in the Rutland Region. He co-developed Lafayette Acres Industrial Park and Route One Self Storage in N. Hampton N.H. which he presently owns and operates. In 1980 Chris co-founded Moseley amp; Fucci Associates and Century 21 Moseley amp; Fucci in White River Junction VT. The company grew to be one of the largest property management maintenance and sales firms in northern New England with over 3000 units in their portfolio. Chris formed Chris Fucci Associates in the year 2000 which is currently engaged in real estate sales and construction in N.H. and VT and international business brokerage and consulting.
The greatest influence in the career of Chris Fucci was his father Louis J. ’Gig’ Fucci. Chris father grew up during the depression in Rutland VT. the youngest of seven children born to Italian immigrants. His parents Cristiano and Ortensia owned and maintained many apartment houses and commercial buildings in Rutland in the early 1900s. Louis was educated at Mt. St. Joseph Academy in Rutland and attended Northeastern University in Boston MA. where he studied architecture until joining the army and serving in the European Theater during World War II. He was wounded and decorated at the Battle of the Bulge and returned to this country after a lengthy rehab process in England. He continued his studies at Catholic University in Washington D.C. and graduated with high honors and a degree in civil engineering. Mr. Fucci was recruited by the Federal Housing Authority out of college and retired after 30 years of service as the Director of Operations at the U.S. Dept. of Housing amp; Urban Development Manchester N.H. Northern New England Regional Office. In addition he actively engaged in real estate development and construction throughout N.H. and VT. Among the numerous projects Louis Fucci did was Regency Manor in Rutland VT.
Louis Fucci was a man of great character. His actions both professional and personal were formed by an uncompromising commitment to integrity. He strove to make this world a better place through his generosity and caring nature. His spirit is the constant guiding force in all we do at Chris Fucci Associates.
