Grace Rizza CEO and Founder of Creative Streak Marketing began growing businesses at the age of 22. She has guided more than 1000 successful businesses toward success while building a business and family of her own.
Grace began her journey as an entrepreneur with Identity Dental Marketing where she made it her personal mission to improve the business of each dental practice she works with by a measurable amount. In her first position as a Marketing Director for a multiple location dental practice she tripled the number of new patients seen on a monthly basis (in 3 short months on the same marketing budget). From there she created a variety of sales-focused training workshops attended many marketing seminars and became obsessed with marketing and branding as whole.
Graces prowess goes beyond the marketing world. She is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about corporate culture sales and innovative business development. Her mentality approach to business inner strength and leadership perspective will challenge you to rethink your work ethic and amplify your life.
An accredited international speaker Grace approaches every speaking engagement as an opportunity to educate empower and entertain her audience. She teaches dentists how to achieve practice growth in the most ethical and efficient ways. She inspires her audience to embrace change in order to grow. As our Director of Excellence Megan forms the backbone of our Internet Marketing Department. Her expert knowledge efficiency and ability to see the big picture in everything she does make her a powerful asset to our team. Around our office Megan is recognized for her ability to train lead and inspire her coworkers as well as for her calm cool and collected personality.
When shes away from the office you can usually find Megan with her nose in a good book or spending time her family friends and cat Alejandro. Come football season youll see Megan donning green and gold to cheer the Packers on to victory.
As our Marketing Strategist Allison combines her unique background in business and dentistry with her enthusiasm passion and a knack for helping others. She enjoys the challenge that every new business brings and welcomes the opportunity to learn and develop with them. Allison has dedicated herself to providing our clients with powerful marketing campaigns to help them grow their businesses.
When not in the office Allison loves to spend time with her fiance family and friends. She loves to geek out for the holidays and you can often find her decorating her new house for any upcoming holiday.
As our Lead Graphic Designer Meg infuses every project she designs with creativity and passion. She combines her expertise in both print and web-based graphic design with an incredible work-ethic. Meg enjoys the opportunity to empower businesses with modern gorgeous branding that speaks to their strengths and pushes them ahead. Around the office Meg is well-known for her hard work her keen insight and her ability to befriend anyone.
When shes away from work Meg loves spending time with her husband and their two kids Memphis and Brightyn. As a motorcycle enthusiast you can find Meg cruising the streets on almost any sunny day.
As an Internet Marketing Associate Neal enjoys taking on the technical detail-oriented aspects of his role each day. Whether task he is engaged in Neal constantly challenges himself to create more efficient systems for both himself and his team. Neals dedication positivity and subtle humor make him a true asset to our team.
When away from the office you can often find Neal cheering on a variety of Chicago sports teams including the Bears Bulls White Sox and Blackhawks. Neal is also the proud keeper of a rabbit named Mr. Snuggles.
As an Internet Marketing Associate John embraces the wide range of skills he is able to draw from each day. Around the office John is known for his snappy humor and can-do attitude.

As our Videography and Photography Director Danny brings over 12 years of experience in multimedia production to his role. His favorite part about his work is getting to know our clients on a personal level helping them convey their strengths and appeal to their ideal audience. Danny is known around the office for his cheerful attitude his optimism and a keen eye for detail.
When he isnt working with his trusty camera Danny loves long-distance running hiking and cycling. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children as well as doing woodworking projects.
As our Human Resources Director Nick draws from his extensive background in recruiting talent to keep our team oriented toward success for ourselves and our clients. He utilizes his insightful nature each day to ensure a positive progressive environment for our entire team. Nick is known around the Creative Streak office for his welcoming and easy-going attitude.
When not working Nick loves to spend time with his family and friends. You can often find him improving his golf game at the local course as well as reading cooking watching comedy and pursuing fitness.
