Mark Heinrich is the CEO of DPRA succeeding Dennis OKeefe who retired after many years with the company. Mark also serves as the Managing Partner of Oakleaf Software Inc.
Marks Naval Service culminated as the 46th Chief of Supply Corps and the Commander of the Naval Supply Systems Command. For 30 months Mark led the Navys Global Supply Chain Practice as the Navy Supply Corps and NAVSUP responded to fast paced and dynamic mission changes associated with short fuse deployments of ships submarines and aircraft. His Naval Service included four years at the Defense Logistics Agency. Two of the four years were spent as the Commander of DLA Aviation in Richmond VA and two years as the DLA Chief Operating Officer (J3/J4).
Additionally he also served as the Director US Central Command Deployment amp; Distribution Operation Center in Kuwait where he reported to both USTRANSCOM and USCENTCOM. In Kuwait he led a diverse team – responsible for synchronizing strategic and multi-modal transportation resources in Iraq Afghanistan the Horn of Africa amp; the Middle East.
Mark previously led the Microsoft Cloud supply chain for over two years responsible for supplying and sustaining the Azure cloud. Mark has also been the President and CEO of Associated Aircraft Manufacturing amp; Sales Inc. Finally he has also been a Managing Director at Alvarez amp; Marsal Holdings LLC where he led their Public Sector consulting practice.
He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy (BS 79) as well as the University of Kansas (MS 89 MBA 89). In 2012 he was inducted into the KU School of Chemical and Petroleum Engineerings Hall of Fame. He also attended the Kellogg Executive Leadership Program.
Greg has served as COO of DPRA Inc. since 2020. He holds a BSBA in IT management and Master of Science degree in Project Management from Colorado Technical University. Greg also completed executive programs in leadership information technology and logistics at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Gregs many years of professional logistics experience includes transportation supply chain management distribution and in establishing new logistic processes regulations and IT systems. His experience includes 26 years as an active duty U.S. Marine Corps logistics Officer and seven years as a senior Department of Defense civil servant with the NAVSUP Enterprise where he was awarded the Navys 2012 Civilian Logistician of the Year award (Admiral Stanley Arthur award) the 2013 NAVSUP Civilian Logistician of the Year Award and the 2014 Office of Naval Research Pyramid Award.
Greg served as the Combat Cargo Officer USS ESSEX and Combat Cargo Assistant COMPHIBRON 8 and as a logistics Officer with the Marine Corps infantry various aviation and logistics units the schoolhouse the Maritime Prepositioning Ship Program and at Headquarters U.S. Marine Corps. Mr. Butler served on the ground during combat operations in Iraq Afghanistan and Desert Storm and participated in Operation United Shield in Somalia Operation Southern Watch in southern Iraq and hostage rescue operations in Beirut.
Upon returning from Iraq in late 2003 Greg retired from active duty and spent two years as a war planner with U.S. Central Command in Tamp FL. Greg joined the civil service in 2008 following three years as the Deputy Project Manager of a $50 million automated suite of war planning tools.
Mary has served as the Chief Financial Officer for DPRA since 2002 and served in that capacity for Oakleaf Software Inc. since 2020. In addition Mary served as a Vice President of DPRA from 2007 until 2011. Mary has been with DPRA for 30 plus years originally joining the Company in 1988 as an Accounting Assistant after receiving her B.S. degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University. From that beginning Mary went on to become an Accountant in 1991 a Senior Accountant in 1997 and Director of Accounting Services in 1999. In 2001 Mary was appointed Treasurer of the Company in 2001 and Secretary of the Company in 2002. Mary is also a member of the Audit Committee. As part of DPRAs Leadership team Mary brings her experience and guidance in developing the strategies and processes for company operations. She oversees the companys financial organization corporate planning and corporate treasury.
Mary is a lifelong resident of Kansas. She her husband David and two sons are passionate K-State Wildcats fans. In her spare time she enjoys walking and spending time with family.
Ivan focuses on setting the direction for DPRA to achieve their growth goals within the technology and software development programs. Ivan works with cross functional leadership in all of DPRAs US offices in order to vet and respond to opportunities. He also drives growth through the execution of an internal business development effort which focuses on the expansion of existing projects and new product ventures. Ivan coordinates these efforts with the Companys leadership in order to ensure proper alignment with the strategic goals and priorities of DPRA.
Ivan is a 2005 West Point graduate and served 5 years in the Infantry. He facilitated his transition into the civilian workforce with an MBA from UCLA Anderson. Ivan is driven by the amazing feeling that comes out of capturing a unique business opportunity and he works to ensure every process and effort that impacts capture is optimized. His tenure with DPRA has been marked by a rapid gap analysis a refocused business development strategy and successful wins. Ivan works to build positive relationships with customers companies and employees with an easy going nature and constant desire to improve.
Ivan and his wife spend their weekends exercising their two dogs (or being exercised by them). He also enjoys playing poker tennis and reading everything under the sun.
