Ted has devoted his career to agricultural and food marketing. Hes had the opportunity to help lead three of ags largest agencies: Miller Meester Meyocks amp; Priebe and FLM Harvest. He has worked with brands who at the time were number one in their categories of crop protection animal health credit seed fertilizer and equipment. He was also instrumental in the growth and success of Agri Marketing magazine.
Ted is actively involved with his alma mater Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity and other non profits who focus on mentoring young people. He enjoys leading the FLM Harvest advisory board and continuing to deliver value to the food and ag industries.

Kirbys passion for agriculture shows through his long distinguished career in higher education. He is the former dean of the College of Ag and Life Sciences for the University of Florida and has received several teaching awards including being selected as a Fulbright specialist.
Kirby works with students daily and encourages them to look outside of U.S. ag to create better food systems around the world. Its something hes done himself in the Middle East and North Africa as an editor on a book about climate change. As an FLM Harvest Advisor he enjoys contributing to the internship program and digging deeper into the business side of ag to better shape tomorrows leaders.

Bill brings more than 40 years of experience in food economics and public policy to the Board of Advisors. In addition to being a senior vice president at The Kroger Company Bill was also a senior food and ag economist for the Presidents Council of Economic Advisors and an economist and research manager for the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Hes authored multiple papers and contributed to a textbook on ag policy.
These experiences sharpened his business acumen and ignited a passion for mentoring and coaching leaders. Today Bill not only contributes to projects for FLM Harvest he also serves on the Neogen and GLK boards to stay actively engaged in whats happening at the leading edge of the food and ag industries.

Gregg cultivated his passion for agriculture while growing potatoes in fields across the U.S. and China. As the chairman of the board for Black Gold Farms Gregg understands the business of farming and the importance of developing strong relationships with companies such as Walmart Kroeger and Pepsi that process and sell his products. Hes a World Potato Congress award winner who also believes in leaving the world a better place by giving back locally through the Black Gold Family Foundation.
Gregg joined the FLM Harvest Board of Advisors to ensure the voice of the farmer is represented in conversations about food and ag marketing. He appreciates the opportunity to collaborate with other Board members as a team and share insights with clients to create more customer-centric experiences.

Randy Marten is the owner and principal of Food Ingredient Advisors a consulting company providing risk management and strategic advice to the food processing industry. For the past 19 years he served as executive vice president and chief commercial officer with Miller Milling Company a private Minneapolis-based flour milling company. Martens career also included working at Ralston Purina Consolidated Grain and Barge and Campbell Taggart Baking an Anheuser-Busch company.
In addition to advising FLMH he serves on the boards of Culinary International Schwebels Baking Company and the National Wheat Foundation. He has also served on the University of Illinois Alumni Association board of directors and the national board of Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity.

Jeffs interest in agricultural trade and development started during a two-year stint as an agribusiness volunteer in the Republic of Moldova with the Peace Corps. Later he served the U.S. government as the Agricultural Attache in Mexico where he assisted with the implementation of NAFTA and as Senior Agricultural Attache in Tokyo Japan where he helped re-negotiate market access for U.S. beef. Prior to founding The North Hill Group in 2018 a boutique consulting firm that specializes in global market access government and regulatory affairs for the food and agricultural sectors Jeff spent several years leading international regulatory affairs at Corteva facilitating biotech trait approvals in key markets around the world.

Danita Rodibaugh plays a leadership role in Rodibaugh amp; Sons a family farm corporation focused on grain and purebred swine production. Most recently she was chairman of the board of the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) and formerly was president of the National Pork Board (NPB). She has served on the USMEF Executive Committee the NPB Trade Committee Pork Quality Safety and Human Nutrition Committee and the Environment Committee and is a past board of directors member of the National Pork Producers Council and Indiana Pork.
In addition to getting her B.S. in consumer and family sciences/education at Purdue her involvement currently includes serving on the Farm Policy Study Group and Agriculture Alumni Trust Fund Board. She formerly served on the Deans Advisory Committee and the Animal Science Advisory Committee. Danita served on Indianas Commission for Agriculture and the State Department of Agriculture Advisory Committee.
Danita and her husband Dave have four children and eight grandchildren. She and Dave are active in their church and she serves as a church trustee. Her closet is full of black and gold and they know the road well down to West Lafayette to enjoy their football basketball and volleyball season tickets. Time with grandchildren is precious as well as her continuing commitment to volunteering for leading ag organizations.

Marianne Smith Edge MS RD LD FADA FAND offers more than 30 years of experience as a nutrition communicator strategic planner and facilitator. She is a former senior vice president for food safety and nutrition communications at the International Food Information Council and Foundation in Washington D.C. In addition she is a past president of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and previously owned MSE and Associates LLC providing strategic consulting services to the food and health care industries.
A sixth-generation farm owner Smith Edge is currently the principal at The Agri-Nutrition Edge a consulting and research practice helping food and agriculture companies improve dialogue within their industries and with consumers. She is a member of the Institute for Food Technologists and the American Society for Nutrition. She currently serves on the editorial board of Nutrition Today and has completed two terms on the USDAs National Research Extension Education and Economics Advisory Board the advisory board to the secretary of agriculture.
Smith Edge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics from the University of Kentucky where she was a member of the board of trustees (2000-06) and a masters degree in public health nutrition from Western Kentucky University.
