Dan Drislane is founder and president of Frontier Strategies Inc. He has 32 years experience in information technology as an employee of Digital Equipment Corporation (6 years) Sun Microsystems (2 years) and as a management/IT consultant to numerous clients at Frontier (24 years). Dan has also served as a principal of Enterprise Agility (formerly BeggsHeidt Inc.) from 1998 to 2010.
In the last twenty years Dan has developed and refined his consulting skills to help numerous client working groups including executives senior managers cross-functional teams IT staff and unionized skilled trades representatives. He has authored strategic business and IT plans for the State of Montana Allstate Insurance Ford Motor Company ATamp;T Belgacom (Belgium) Sun Microsystems (now Oracle) and Digital Equipment Corporation (now HP). He has consulted on business analysis best practices deployment business process improvement team coaching Quality Function Deployment and training planning and development. He has also mentored business analysts and helped establish a business analysis area of competency at Allstate Insurance. His project management experience includes engagements at Belgacom ATamp;T Ford Motor Company Sun Microsystems General Electric Federal Mogul Eastman Kodak and General Motors.
