GuideSpark was founded by three Silicon Valley entrepreneurs looking to provide video solutions for employees to easily understand financial and health benefits.
2009 – 2012
GuideSpark opens its first office in Palo Alto CA with just 7 employees. Video production expands to include benefits subject matter and total customer count increases to 28.
2013 – 2015
GuideSpark raises $5M in Series A funding to expand product offerings while customer numbers skyrocket from 247 to 493. $1M in revenue is reached and GuideSpark is recognized in the Tech Fast 500 Fortune 500 and Inc. 500.
July 2017
GuideSpark releases the first iteration of GuideSpark Communicate Cloud a SaaS platform for managing company communications audiences and analytics dashboards to track engagement.
2020
A new decade brings new focus on the mechanics of organizational change and how best to communicate with the workforce as the enterprise goes through strategic shifts – with digital transformation mergers amp; acquisitions and the demands of a 21st-century workplace.
