Founded in 2006 iBec has grown and evolved from a one-woman web studio to a team of 18 designers developers amp; digital marketers servicing a variety of well-known Maine brands. Founder Becky McKinnell converted her senior project at the University of Southern Maine into a career.

Becky is a finalist in the University of Southern Maine#39;s business plan competition and is awarded a year of free office space to launch her business MediCreative a graphic and web design studio focused on helping doctors with their marketing.
After a year of cold calling doctors#39; offices with little success Becky rebranded as iBec Creative and expanded to focus on businesses.
Becky graduates from Maine Center for Entrepreneurs and opens her first office space on Congress Street. Shortly after she hires her first full-time employee.
Becky recognized in BusinessWeek as a Top 25 Entrepreneur under 25 in the country. That day we had over 300 inquires for new clients!
iBec launches its first responsive website and becomes a leading company for responsive web design in New England.
