Since 1979 he has been serving Keeler Thomas clients throughout the intermountain west and across the country.
Richard is a noted speaker and workshop presenter having presented financial topics in front of multiple audiences and thousands of participants in the last decade alone. Besides his experience in advising clients and their families Richard also specializes in the research and recommendations of select categories of investment choices within the firm. He currently serves as a member of the Investment Advisory Committee for Keeler Thomas.

As the companys Senior Portfolio Strategist he also specializes in asset allocation modeling modern portfolio theory and securities selection for individual client and firm investment portfolios exceeding $200 million. He is the primary bond and stock trader for the company serving both as Vice Chair of the Investment Committee and Senior Portfolio Strategist. Over the last 30 years he has successfully advised clients concerning their investments retirement and estate planning needs.
After graduating from college he served as an active duty pilot with the U.S. Air Force for 10 years until 1984. In 1985 he kept his commission in the Air Force Reserves and joined Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner amp; Smith for three years as a Registered Representative. Chuck retired as a Colonel from the USAF Reserves after a long and distinguished career as a military pilot.
Chuck graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelors degree and earned his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Golden Gate University. He currently holds Series 7 63 65 and 24 securities registrations as well as the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation.
