Leadership Resources was founded by Boyd Ober because of his desire to help others achieve success. Serving as president and CEO of the company he devotes his time to providing organizations vision coaching and consulting and strengthening the Leadership Resources team. Empowering leaders to establish a practical plan for their own success and achieve the vision for their businesses while maintaining a balanced perspective is his objective.
Leadership Resources recently reached a company milestone celebrating over 15 years of business. The company has grown from a startup with seven leadership development clients to a reputable multi-service line organization that helps clients develop high-performing leaders build strong strategic and operational plans and create cultures of accountability.
Leadership Resources now serves growing organizations all across the US and proudly holds many accolades including a distinguished World Client of the Year award from Leadership Management International Inc (LMI) for the third year in a row.

Boyd founded Leadership Resources in 2002. He devotes his time to building relationships coaching and consulting with clients and strengthening the organization and services provided. Boyd is an avid supporter of the local community and gives his time several charities. He and his wife Megan enjoy spending time with their three children traveling and golfing.
Strategic Growth Advisor amp; Certified EOS Implementer
As a founding partner Dan is committed to helping entrepreneurial leaders achieve their vision. He utilizes the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and customized strategic planning to help clients gain traction and grow their business. Dan is active in the community and enjoys coaching youth sports attending country music festivals and spending time with family.
Software Integration Manager
Beth joined Leadership Resources in 2009. She manages Accelerate client software projects helping clients and vendors as they build train and implement Accelerate. She also supports our affinity partners and strategic growth team. She is a dedicated wife to Dennis and mother to her two children Audrey and Lexi. She also serves as a school athletics booster and volunteers throughout the community.
Brand Champion
Karlie works closely with the Leadership Resources team to promote our brand promise through strengthening client relationships increasing brand awareness and creating new opportunities for growth. She devotes her time to her husband and spirited daughter Bree. Karlie also volunteers with the Nebraska Childrens Home Society and is an avid cupcake baker and party planner.
Director of Market Growth
Energized by creating sustainable authentic relationships Patti is motivated by her ability to connect with people and understand their missions. She provides resources knowledge and solutions to her clients so that they may achieve the vision for their organization. Patti has two children and enjoys live music traveling gardening and volunteering with adults with disabilities.

Helping organizations realize their strengths and accomplish their goals has been Jeffs focus for over 25 years. As Director of Market Growth he helps clients discover how to implement and achieve the vision for their businesses. Jeff and his wife Kim have four kids and enjoy all the activities that come with a busy family.

Kari is passionate about working with leaders to achieve great levels of personal and professional success. She has over 18 years of experience in a variety of fields in the public sector including law enforcement and emergency management banking and finance and human services. Kari enjoys time with her husband and daughter camping and reading.

Alex spent over 30 years in the Air Force working a variety of positions. He moved to Nebraska in 2014 to be close to his children and grandchildren. His charismatic leadership team-building abilities and overall experience make Alex a valuable member of Leadership Resources as a Strategic Growth Specialist and Leadership Development Specialist.

With a passion to help others successfully achieve their vision Andy brings over a decade of consulting and coaching experience to the team. Partnering with leaders to implement EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System) he helps drive strategy and growth for their business. Andy enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters watching sports and getting out on the golf course.

Randall has over a decade of experience in corporate and customer relationships office and team management and building connections with the community. As Director of Market Growth he helps leaders and businesses realize their potential. Born and raised in Nebraska Randall and his wife Mary have two young children who help keep life exciting.

Katie consults with leaders to help them define their goals problem solve barriers and outline a path towards achieving their vision. She aims to help leaders rediscover their ’why’. Katie is a member of First Plymouth Church and is passionate about volunteering running listening to podcasts and spending time with her husband son and new baby daughter.
Operations Support Specialist
Holly is committed to the satisfaction of our clients and aids leadership development by ensuring program execution from start to finish. She assists in planning communicating scheduling and administration. Married for 20 years Holly is the mother of three children. She volunteers her time to the Lincoln Southwest Booster club and enjoys reading and traveling.

As a former executive and partner Brian brings over 17 years of business experience to the team. Hes passionate about working with clients that are growth-oriented and helps them achieve their vision utilizing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Brian is active in the community runs a non-profit organization with his wife Amy and enjoys spending time with his family.

Dan is a former executive with more than 30 years of experience working within organizations. He has a masters degree in Organizational Management and has spent his career in organizational development helping individuals teams and companies improve their performance via strategy culture process change management development and talent management. Dan and his wife Kelley have four children and three grandkids.

Jaye partners with leaders to grow their personal and professional leadership potential. After spending nearly a decade in management and five years studying and teaching leadership in higher education Jaye knows what can happen when leadership theory and practice are united. Jaye enjoys time with his wife Janie reading golfing and interacting with his dogs.

Darbys role within Leadership Resources is quite frankly to get things done. Often working behind the scenes Darby oversees the day-to-day activities required of every business along with marketing IT finance and anything else that needs doing. Darby and his wife have one daughter and are active in Sheridan Lutheran Church where they volunteer their time.
