With over 20 years of CFO experience managing high growth founder-led entrepreneurial environments including five successful fast-growing SaaS-based companies Steve is widely regarded as one of the countrys top financial executives for venture-backed software companies.
In addition to his board role at ThinkHR Steve serves as audit committee chair on the board of Demandbase as a member of the CFO advisory board for Silicon Valley Bank the advisory board at Ceevra and the board for Tribe Dynamics.
Most recently Steve was CFO at Kabam. Prior to that Steve was CFO at four other SaaS-based companies: Jigsaw (acquired by salesforce.com) ZANTAZ ProBusiness and Xactly.
Steve has a B.S. in accounting from Central Michigan University.
Mike is an experienced CEO COO and board member with a 15-year track record growing scaling and acquiring financial technology and human capital management (HCM) SaaS businesses. In these roles Mike has driven sustained growth in revenue margin EBITDA and stock price. Skilled at building strong teams Mike has a strong track record of leading companies to sales and service excellence.
Mike began his career in investment banking and earned his M.B.A. from Harvard where he was a Baker Scholar.
Roshen Menon is a managing partner of Guidepost Growth Equity and has been with the firm since its inception in 2007. Roshen has been making growth equity investments for over 13 years and focuses on vertical software and technology-enabled investments in healthcare and information services.
Previously Roshen was with Summit Partners and was also a corporate strategy consultant at Deloitte Consulting advising domestic and international healthcare and technology corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions growth strategy operations and new product development. He began his career as an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Group at FleetBoston Financial.
Roshen has an A.B. in psychology and Asian studies from Bowdoin College where he was a Sarah and James Bowdoin Scholar.
Chris Cavanagh is principal of Guidepost Growth Equity. Chris focuses on originating evaluating and managing growth equity investments in the technology and technology-enabled services sectors. He enjoys partnering with entrepreneurs of rapidly growing companies and supporting them through their companys next phase of growth.
Previously Chris was a vice president at Great Hill Partners a $5.3 billion Boston-based growth-focused private equity firm. Chris was involved in investments in software internet and business services and was responsible for originating evaluating and executing investment opportunities as well as assuming board of director responsibilities at portfolio companies. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Citigroup in New York where he focused in the consumer products and retail sectors.
Chris earned his B.A. in economics at University of Notre Dame.
Steve has led successful corporate expansion initiatives throughout his 25-year career. He most recently served as president and CEO of DocuSign. Previously he was president and CEO of ZANTAZ where he grew revenues 3400 percent in a five-year period before the companys acquisition by Autonomy Group.
Steve also held executive positions at E_TRADE helping increase revenues from $100 million to $1.5 billion. Steve became CEO of E_OFFERING the online investment bank of E*TRADE and led its sale to Wit Soundview. He also held senior management positions at Thomson Reuters and Ziff-Davis.
A recipient of the Ernst amp; Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award Steve holds a B.S. in business administration and an M.B.A. from Thomas Edison State College where he serves on the board of the TESC Foundation.
Pete founded ThinkHR in 2005 with the goal of empowering HR professionals and leveraging human interaction as a key differentiator in the underserved HR market. Under his leadership ThinkHR grew to serve employers across the country and set the standard for helping companies empower manage and train their workforce.
A serial entrepreneur Pete founded Blaise Software Mindshare Group and The Capital Group.
Pete holds a B.S. in finance from Lehigh University where he was an NCAA wrestling champion. Still passionate about wrestling Pete coaches at the high school level.
