Minimal Chaos was born out of our struggle to restore just a little bit of order and sanity to our crazy lives as working parents. Its kind of a long story which you can read on our separate blog here.

Evan is a native San Diegan with a passion for good surf good Mexican food and good websites. He has been working with the web since before Y2K and has run is own business creating websites since 2009.
Evan loves working with WordPress and learning new things about technology. He has given presentations at numerous WordCamps and other related meet-ups around San Diego.
He grew up skateboarding and has been warning Daniella for years that he will build a halfpipe in their backyard for his 40th birthday. Hes also (slooowly) working on material for his ukulele punk rock cover band Hot Dog Vomit. He promises youre gonna hate it!
Daniella is a former higher education administrator who until recently worked full-time at a local San Diego university.
She is now putting her communication and management skills to work helping small business owners and non-profits clarify their message on the web while keeping Evan organized and on track with his projects.
She enjoys running (or ’more like jogging’ as she puts it) and has completed eight half-marathons. She has a passion for coffee and is embracing her new professional lifestyle by working remotely from local coffee shops as often as possible.
Evan and Daniella met back in 2000 during their freshman year at UCSD (shout out to Eleanor Roosevelt College!). Little did they know that 18 years later they would be married with two adorable high energy boys and running a business together. They run their web design business from their home office in La Mesa California.
This website was built using the WordPress content management system. Its running a custom Genesis child theme and is hosted on WP Engine (Evans web host of choice these days).
