Dan Caffee founded Neutron Interactive in 2005 with Shaun Ritchie. As Co-Founder and Board member Dan fuels Neutrons creative strategy and technology directives. He is rarely found in his own office but in animated conversations with team members throughout the office. Dan is known for his many mantras including ’Dont mistake opportunities for obstacles’ as well as his penchant for unconventional ideas and solutions. Dan studied International Diplomacy at BYU and has lived in Honduras Germany and Russia.In his spare time Dan enjoys film photography and traveling the world with his wife and three daughters.
Shaun Ritchie has worked with Dan in the lead generation space since 2002. Co-founding Neutron Interactive in 2005 Shaun manages the intricate workings of the companys operations – bringing structure to the creative process. From developing employee policy to overseeing Neutrons financial performance Shaun ensures that Neutron runs smoothly while never taking itself too seriously.
For over 13 years Felicia Call has played a key role in driving the growth and development of Neutron Interactive. Her lively personality and experience in lead generation enables her to quickly establish a positive working rapport and thoroughly understand the needs of the business. As President Felicia provides strategic leadership and oversees the intricate daily operations to ensure clients needs are met while company goals are exceeded. Felicia is a proud firefighter wife and ’boymom’ to two energetic little boys and a black lab.
After graduating from Gonzaga University Michael has found himself surrounded by entrepreneurs working in the fast paced tech startup space. For the past 4 years as Neutrons Director of Technology; Michael has led a team of talented programmers and designers to develop Neutrons technology stack from the ground up. As a member of the executive team Michael helps drive the vision and strategy of Neutrons business and technology development. On his free time Michael loves to do dangerous things and surround himself with pretty ladies.
Ryan has over 11 years in the EDU lead gen space 7 of those years with Neutron Interactive building successful strategic partnerships – a network which has become the companys primary revenue source. Ryan graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelors degree in Marketing and Advertising. In his spare time he is an avid movie and concert goer and loves cheering on his Spartans!
Adam has been an Account Manager at Neutron for the past 5 years. Adam is Neutrons secret weapon our chameleon. He is a champion when it comes to his expertise with clients and meeting the daily demands. Adam is an avid sports enthusiast where he enjoys the competition and friendship that forms among teammates. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
Zack grew up in Utah County as the youngest of 7. During high school he spent his summers doing internships and traveling to various places including the East Coast Hawaii Asia the Middle East and Canada. After graduating from high school with an Associates degree Zack went to the University of Utah to pursue a business degree and soon earned his bachelors in Marketing. He now spends his days learning web development traveling eating good food skiing bow hunting hiking or anything else outside amp; potentially dangerous. Zack aspires to continue to travel to new places learn new things and eat as much food as possible.
A transplant from Vermont Mickey Schwarz originally moved out to Utah in 2004 with aspirations of going to college and becoming an architect. Those plans shifted slightly due mostly to some seriously good snow and an aversion to going to class. He would eventually graduate from the U of U with a Parks Recreation amp; Tourism degree and move to Park City for a Front-End Development coding job. Fast forward a decade and Mickey has become on of Neutrons back end Software Engineer assets. Outside of work you can find Mickey at home playing video games or in the mountains skiing and mountain biking.
Creative and detail oriented. Over the last 7 years Kevin has established himself as Neutrons hybrid designer/developer. Kevin also solves problems from wire frame to prototype to production code and has a knack for thinking through user flows and accounting for edge-cases. Kevins career with Neutron began as he was completing the coursework for his self-made major at the University of Utah. The major combined the hands-on training found in the Graphic Design department with the visual theory provided by the Communications department. After hours youll find him shredding on his guitar mountain biking and enjoying Utahs wilderness.
