As the President and Chief Financial Officer at Novasors_Centrinex_ Jim Christiansen certainly has his hands full Here_ he oversees the operations of the company_ working in all aspects from human resources and training to quality assurance and information technology His responsibilities include hiring_ firing_ benefits_ training new employees_ conducting QA audits for correct processes and procedures on a monthly basis_ coaching_ strategic planning and more And thats just in his presidential shoes <_p>

Christiansen worked in accounting and finance for the telecom business for most of his career_ including 25 years with telecom giant Sprint Nextel He learned a lot in the large corporate space_ moving around to different groups_ experiencing different corporate cultures_ and dealing with growth_ decline_ spinoffs and ever-changing technology Its this vast experience that prepared him for these dual roles at a much smaller company <_p>

As a start-up_ brick-and-mortar business kind of guy_ it only made sense for Rudy Waldner to join Novasors_Centrinex as COO Here_ he coordinates the sales floor_ develops the people_ drives the numbers_ and basically does anything it takes to make a business hum <_p>

Originally from the east coast_ Waldners educational background includes a Bachelors in Advertising from The City University of New Yorks Baruch College and a Masters in Management from Long Island Universitys C W Post College <_p>
Previously_ Waldner consulted with Blockbuster in Germany_ started a marketing department and served as Regional Director of Operations for Advance America_ and served as VP of Operations for CLA – where he ran a product in 28 states for six years and opened up a collections call center <_p>
And somehow he found time to write a book titled “Marketing from the Trenches” The whole premise of the book is how to start a company_ market it_ and get it moving from the ground up And its exactly what got him to Kansas City Bart Miller read the book and invited him to run the business <_p>

Doug is a Native Nebraskan Go Big Red and holds a bachelors degree from Wayne State College Over the years he continues to keep education as part of his career path and has completed certifications in HR employment law_ hiring fundamentals_ and SPHR certification to mention a few Doug holds a member ship with the Society of Human Resources Management SHRM and the Human Capital Institute HCI <_p>
