As a former reporter and editor he knows what it takes to capture stories that resonate with top-tier media and also enjoys writing! Outside of work Simon enjoys hiking through the England country hills with his three dogs.

Colleen is at the heart of Paragon ensuring that Operations and Human Resource run smoothly. With her business background she understands what matters most and how firms can get the best out of their talent. When she#39;s not at Paragon you#39;ll find her at the gym doing yoga or at home playing with her rescue dogs.
Kelly is extremely organized and has a real passion for helping others. With over 15 years of experience in Office Administration she has excellent time management skills which have enabled her to become a successful multi-tasker. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids.
P.J. is devoted to increasing client exposure applying his expertise in media relations and social media to his passion for the fintech landscape. Outside of the office he is an avid rugby player who also enjoys reading movies and a cool glass of Yoo-Hoo.

Matt got his break in communications as an advertising copywriter in Hong Kong before moving back to London to build a career in PR and marketing primarily in financial services. Outside of work he has combined his obsession with language learning and passion for horse-riding to go off the beaten track in locations as diverse as Kyrgyzstan and Iceland. Matt has three (exceptionally intelligent) dogs which he claims are bilingual in English and Portuguese.
As a marketing and project management professional Yolanne is passionate about transforming the way brands interact with businesses and customers. She is dedicated to accentuating strong brand identities and implementing out-of-the-box marketing strategies that deliver dynamic results. During her free time she enjoys improv comedy live concerts and playing with her two dogs (Ben amp; Brody).

Matt has recently graduated with a BSc in Economics and Management Studies. He is keen to learn all about the fintech industry and the different strategic approaches to marketing. Outside of work Matt likes to play sports – particularly football (soccer) and (field) hockey – and watch the Premier League with friends and family.
Mel is a critical thinker with a direct and persuasive point-of-view on quantitative and qualitative market data news. He defines the news for financial services brands so that they can build and secure an accurate timely and impactful perception with influencers. Outside of the office Mel enjoys reading playing sports and producing original music.
Kailey loves all things public relations. A passionate writer and event coordinator she is always ready for a new challenge. Outside of work Kailey loves going to concerts teaching dance and rooting for the New York Yankees.
Crysta expresses ideas through design. She conceptualizes and develops inventive design solutions whether they are online or offline. When shes not making the world a prettier place she likes to contemplate the laws and theories of physics in their relation to the interpretation of astronomical observations. Oh and pizza; she loves pizza.
Evan has spent his career in financial journalism and communications. He has several years in financial PR first as news bureau manager at the NYSE later as SVP of Communications at the Securities Industry Association and as a VP at Drexel Burnham Lambert. As a freelance financial editor and writer he contributes feature articles to InvestmentNews and serves as executive editor of the Content Strategy Studio.
