Founded in 1994 St. Vincent DePaul Rehabilitation Service of Texas Inc. was formed with the vision of setting a new standard of employment for people who have disabilities and chronic medical conditions.
In early 1995 the trade name Peak Performers was registered in Texas to better illustrate what our organization is about: To employ skilled and dedicated people in administrative financial information technology and other professional jobs through the temporary employment model with government agencies.
Over the years we have stayed true to our mission and goals growing year over year to match our applicants with career-building opportunities. Through superior customer service we help our State of Texas and local government clients find outstanding skilled individuals for all of their professional needs. A professional recruiter will review your resume and if your work history meets our current recruiting needs we will ask you to complete our brief digital application. You will then be invited to schedule an interview with a Peak staff member. Based on your skills and desired job type we may ask you to complete skills assessments such as typing or the Microsoft Office suite. This helps ensure us that were setting you up for success in your new job. If you are not satisfied with your test results you can take advantage of our tutorials and re-test.
Once your profile is complete in our system your information is stored in our robust applicant database which helps us match your skills and experience to jobs we receive from our clients.
