Shobi opened Referral Staffing Solutions (RSS) in January of 2014. She entered the staffing world in 2007 when she started in an entry-level role with a National Staffing Firm in Madison WI. Shobi quickly fell in love with the staffing process and truly enjoyed finding the right fit for her clients and employees alike. She quickly moved up with that organization while attending Madison Area Technical College. After graduation she applied for and became the Branch Manager. Four years later an opportunity with a smaller Wisconsin based company presented itself in Sparta WI. This new opportunity allowed her to continue along the career path she fell in love with while returning to her ’hometown’ area. Shobi saw a chance to open her own business where she could continue providing top-notch service to clients and employees and she established Referral Staffing Solutions.

Julie Lanahan moved to Sparta WI at the age of 9. She graduated from Sparta SAILS Charter School in 2006 and went on to receive her CNA certification. After working in the medical field for a few years Julie decided to make a career change. She accepted a position where she managed a payday loan store. After five years in that role she was ready for additional growth which led her to further her education. Julie has since received her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration at Southern New Hampshire University.

Becky was born and raised in La Crosse County. She grew up in a small town which taught her strong values such as helping others. Becky graduated from Melrose – Mindoro High School and then moved to Ladysmith WI to attend college at Mount Senario. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. After college Becky moved to Shakopee MN and began her career with the Scott County Sheriffs Office. Becky spent 12 years in her role as a Records Specialist where she assisted office staff and helped the general public. The next opportunity Becky took on was as an Assistant Coordinator of Kids Company as well as the Early Ed-Ventures Programs at Jordan Community Education. In this role she helped care for children and support families.
In 2018 Becky followed her dream to move back to the La Crosse area to pursue more opportunities to help others. She then joined an ambitious team with Referral Staffing Solutions as the Assistant Talent Recruiter in July of 2019.
