In his youth Jim spent a great deal of time laboring in the fields of northeast Nebraska. Those summers walking bean fields and detasseling corn helped to shape Jims strong work ethic one we enjoy seeing on display every day at Signal Theory. After spending his first 10 years leading our media planning efforts Jim was promoted in 2017 to Chief Operating Officer. He now directs all operational and HR initiatives across recruiting employee experience benefits and workflow processes to ensure that Signal Theory remains a great place to work.

Thats where Tony comes in. He brings nearly 20 years of financial acumen to Signal Theory and leads the agencys financial operations including accounting forecasting and regulatory compliance. Hes also up there in pureness of heart serving on the board of directors of the Tyler Robinson Foundation which supports families experiencing pediatric cancer.

And though she may not work on the account side any longer she can woo clients and ply creatives to hit ’accelerated timelines’ with the best of em. But where this ray of sunshine beams brightest is with people. Amanda loves looking at how our interdisciplinary teams are built examining how they fit together to move effective work through the agency as efficiently as possible and making sure Signal Theory is a fulfilling place to work for all involved.
Greg is a foodie – just not the traditional type. His passion lies in industrial food manufacturing commercial livestock and the science that advances our food supply system. In his decade supporting Cargill at Signal Theory hes toured countless ranches and farms and nearly a dozen beef pork and chicken processing plants across North America. Food aside Greg offers experience gained from years as spokesperson for INVISTA helping launch an oilfield pipe developing international marketing for the polymers business and leading the account team at Koch Industries in-house agency. Today he oversees account management in our Wichita office supporting clients like Cargill Bose and INTRUST Bank.
When we met Lori it was as if we were in the presence of someone who grew up on a row crop and hog farm in eastern Missouri. After a lifetime of practice and decades of coaching figure skaters Jessica has perfected the art of account direction. With grace and elegant problem solving shes lead teams in both offices working on some of Signal Theorys biggest clients. Her agility has proven invaluable on everything from Rocketdyne propulsion programs to tater tots and hot dogs. Jessica has drawn positive scores from brands like Cessna Dow Corning Google AdWords Hostess Pratt amp; Whitney Aviation and SONIC Drive-In.
As an account director Jenny loves building and leading interdisciplinary teams creating great relationships with clients and keeping in line with budgets and timelines. She has led several of Signal Theorys most important food and retail clients including Seaboard Foods Twistd Q spices Operation BBQ Rescue AMC Dine-In Lowes Home Improvement and Procter amp; Gambles Tide Cleaners.
Eighteen years ago Cheryl was planning and buying online media for Pizza Hut before online media was a thing. Cheryls diverse media planning background runs the gamut from fast food to large animal pharma to mutual funds to HVAC/R tools. In her nine years at Signal Theory she has developed a deep understanding of how and where to reach niche audiences. Cheryl believes research is the foundation for a successful campaign and she loves training anyone who will listen on how to use Signal Theorys impressive array of research tools.
During his 17 years of directing strategic creative for Signal Theory clients Scott has crafted campaigns for admired consumer and business-to-business brands such as Coleman Cessna Beechcraft and Cargill. Hes piloted so many successful brand identity updates that his ability to guide a large team to a win is practically instinctual. The writers get edgy when he goes nonverbal and starts sketching but he deftly brings art and copy together to win them over as easily as he does the target audience.
Before making the move to marketing Staci began her career as a scientist. Over the past 15 years she has put that knowledge to good use on a variety of agriculture and animal health clients including Bayer Animal Health Merck Animal Health FMC Pioneer DuPont Monsanto Fort Dodge DVM Pharmaceuticals Elanco Tomlyn Vet Solutions and Vetoquinol as well as several technology and human healthcare brands. Working in animal health allows Staci to help audiences connect with the science and technology that keeps animals going strong. She is also a competitive equestrian.

His ads sell stuff thats for sure. But theyve also piled up more than a few awards and been featured in many leading creative publications.
As Signal Theorys first Ventures Director Seth leads efforts to grow our brand through everything from launching our own CPG products to helping us win over new clients. Seth loves good branding and hates unnecessary complications. Hes married to a media director which tells you he appreciates smarts. And as a former creative director hes worked with brands such as the Kansas City Chiefs Newell-Rubbermaid Houlihans Shatto Milk Company American Century Investments AMC Dine-In Procter amp; Gamble and more.
As Creative Services Director Beth is responsible for all print and physical materials that leave our buildings. In other words Beth wills our creative hopes and dreams into existence. She operates within a high set of standards keeping the end product at the forefront – and she never fails to deliver. In her 17 years with us shes worked with almost every client but some of her more extensive pieces include work for SONIC Drive-In Captain Ds hilmor Merial and W.F. Young.

Were talking of course about data. As Data Insights Director Kelcey makes sense of mountains of data that many wouldnt know what to do with. With powerful tools at her fingertips and an uncanny ability to see a problem from every possible angle Kelcey helps our clients make the most informed decisions possible when it comes to the present and future of their brands.
Chelsey began her career nearly eight years ago at Signal Theory as a brand manager for Cache Valley Cheese and Borden Cheese. Navigating a big blue food truck for a promotional tour across Utah while serving up killer grilled cheese sandwiches laid the groundwork for her deep understanding of the business and love for helping support great creative ideas. But a love of numbers and budgeting led to a degree in accounting. While billing manager for the SONIC Drive-In account Chelsey finished her Master of Accountancy and passed the CPA exam. Today as Finance Director she proves herself over and over again as an integral part of all teams as she helps oversee all financial aspects for Signal Theory.
