About SRF Consulting Group Consulting company in Fargo, United States
SRF has a long tradition of responding to client needs and exceeding their expectations. Since 1961 we have been a highly respected member of the Midwestern consulting community.
SRF completed numerous engineering projects for the Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul. As we continued to successfully design municipal projects the Minnesota Department of Transportation began awarding contracts to us: one key project was a pedestrian bridge at Saint Johns University.
Another major project completed early in SRFs history was Carlson Parkway – the location of SRFs corporate office. When the Carlson Companies relocated their headquarters the Cities of Minnetonka and Plymouth asked SRF to design Carlson Parkway and its interchanges on I-394 and I-494.
Other early projects that established SRFs reputation for excellence include the Smith Avenue High Bridge in Saint Paul the 3rd Avenue Distributor Garages in Downtown Minneapolis (shown at left) I-35E in Saint Paul and the Bloomington Ferry Bridge over the Minnesota River in Shakopee. These projects highlighted our ability to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects.
Through the 1990s SRF continued to grow and bring more services in-house including landscape architecture environmental planning Intelligent Transportation Systems and water resources engineering.
While many of our clients were based in the Twin Cities SRF was working in northwest Minnesota and North Dakota. In 2004 we opened our first regional office in Fargo and continued to successfully complete projects in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
SRF now has offices in Minnesota North Dakota Wisconsin and Nebraska and has grown to a staff of more than 350.
As we look to the future SRF keeps an eye on the past to ensure that we uphold our tradition of quality and dedication.
