Leigh Oldham is a Sr. Business and Human Resources Consultant for Strategic Leadership Associates. Leigh is an experienced human resources leader with expertise in strategic business strategies workforce analysis talent assessment and organizational development.
Leighs work experience includes senior positions leading the human resource function for such organizations as Dayton Superior Corporation Huffy/United Wheels Corporation Limited and Wright State Physicians. Additionally she held positions of increasing responsibility for Graceworks Lutheran Services and various State of Ohio /County offices.
Receiving a BA in Business Communication and a MA in Communication and Consulting from University of Dayton Leigh has also earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) from the Human Resources Institute.
In her leadership roles she has led efforts to create HR to business continuity plans through business impact analysis such as federal and state legislative changes (the CARES Act) policies practices and execution workforce alignments reinstatement plans benefit planning and communication initiatives. Leighs experience gives her the distinct advantage of seeing the human resource function from a strategic view coupled with the ability to direct workforce planning during times of significant change.
Leigh has served as a volunteer for Dayton Job Corp. Miami County Office of Victim Witness WiSHES tutoring and University of Cincinnati – HR Mentorship Program. In her spare time Leigh enjoys time with her family and activities with a menagerie of pets.
