VisualRail is headquartered in Boston Massachusetts however we leverage a global workforce.
Once you submit a request you will be assigned an account manager. Based on your time zone and preferred method of contact your account manager will reach out to you via email or phone. Most of our communications will be via email during a project but we also use Skype for Business for audio and video conferencing.
For slide retouches of up to 10 slides we will return the first draft in under 48 hours from the time you accept our proposal. Larger presentations and complex redesigns may require additional time but this will be outlined in our initial proposal.
All retouch work includes one round of revisions. Redesign work includes two rounds of revision. For new customers we can also send a draft of an initial slide for your review prior to completing an entire project.
For most customers your draft will be submitted via email. For larger customers a secure SharePoint drive can be provided.
No problem take a picture of it and send it to us. We will turn it into a great slide!
In general we will not change your words only how they are presented. We do provide advisory services for a few key accounts as our team comes from diverse corporate backgrounds and has years of experience crafting and delivering presentations. There is of course an additional fee for this.
Yes there will be an additional fee which would be outlined in our quote.
No the content is yours. We will restructure it make it modern and visually appealing as well as suitable for multiple formats both print and online.
We take privacy and security very seriously. All of our employees work under non-disclosure agreements. Your data is kept in an industry standard multi-tenant cloud environment and is not intermingled with other customer data. We outsource all payment processing so none of your credit card data is stored on any VisualRail server.
