As a Partner and Senior Executive Search Consultant with a focus on Wealth Management and Private Banking I work in service of both clients and candidates. Steve originally joined WorldBridge Partners Banking team in Nov 2006 – and has recently re-joined WorldBridge Partners in August of 2018 and specializes in serving midwestern banks between $100MM and over $1 Trillion in ssets. Steve works very hard to bring the right people to the table - at the right time. His method is simple: He makes a lot of phone calls talks to bankers all over the Midwest to see how he can bring value. Those calls are very confidential as well as fun up-beat and informative. Steve attended the University of Minnesota and majored in Broadcast Production. He worked in Business to Business Advertising in Minneapolis and Omaha for 20 years before becoming a recruiter.
Marcus joined WorldBridge Partners as an Executive Search Consultant in 2011 and was promoted to Partner in 2019. Marcus works diligently to identify qualify and recruit associate and partner level attorneys for law firms nationally. He is especially adept at assisting law firms in their growth merger and acquisition strategies and plans.
Prior to joining WorldBridge Partners Marcus worked in the Athletic Compliance Department at Creighton University in Omaha. Jeanine has over 20 years of recruiting experience and currently leads our Print Packaging and Communications practice. She also works in Industrial MRO and the Information Technology Marketing Industries. The positions she successfully places range from Sales to Business Development to Director to President. Technology positions range from Project/Program Managers to Operations and Implementation Managers to CTOs.

Randy joined the WorldBridge Partners Omaha Insurance team in July 2001 and works with companies in Life/Health arena on a national basis. Al Peters joined the WorldBridge Partners Banking Team after spending 30 years in the direct marketing field. While working for a direct marketing company for 18 years Al felt he could meet his clients delivery deadlines by employing new techniques re-engineering the marketing and delivery process and decided to start his own company. Al built and ran his own direct marketing company On-Time Marketing for 12 years where he was able to more efficiently deliver product more timely to his customers which also resulted in reducing substantial client costs. After building his successful company Al sold his business and continued to work through the ownership transition with the buyer. Susan also worked for another large international business where she recruited for positions in several vertical markets.
