I am the founder of OXY33 Pty Ltd established in Melbourne, Australia. Our organisation focuses on digital web app for fitness professionals and fitness accessories.

What issue was the provider supposed to deal with?
Appello Software?Initially, I',ve hired Appello to design and educe OXY33 - Scheduliser web app. Though, with the condition of work, i',ve requested to design the website for digital web app and to revamp the Shopify website as well.
What were your objectives for this project?
Couple of goals are mentioned under.
- Design and educe MVP for the OXY33 - Scheduliser web app
- Have at-least 500 subscribers by end of 2020
- Take the fruit globally with different languages by end of 2021

What were the reasons for choosing Appello Software?
I was having 3 to 4 vendors to educe the app. Everyone granted me the cite. Though Appello was the only vendor who was extremely rapid in response. Also their proactive access to share the initial design attracted me to go with them.
Describe the project in detail.
During the discovery phase, i shared all my Zeplin designs and trello board almost my ideas to where i want to take this app in forthcoming. Within 2 or 3 days i accepted modified mockup designs in Figma. I reviewed, granted feedback and agreed with the designs to progress further.
Designed for the fitness professional in mind, the OXY33 - Scheduliser Web App is a tailor-made solution helping trainers and coaches to handle their clients, organise appointments, and training programs efficiently.
Were there any dedicated handlers or teams that you worked with?
Project handler was the main touch throughout the project. Also, there were 3 full time resources (Back End educeer, Front End educeer, and QA engineer) assigned to this project and 5 part time resources as well.
Results accomplishd
What results did you accomplish unitedly with Appello Software?
- App has not gone live yet. Though what i can say is, the ease of interaction, web app design, provocativeness is spot on. Resources are extremely helpful ready to help anytime.
- Shopify website revamp: I was hesitant to modify the shopify website. Though, given the condition of the work, i requested to improve with the website with new design as well.
- Web app web page: Simple and elegantly done

Extremely interactive. The interaction was easy with Project handler and designer. I wasn',t having any issues at all with anyone. Right from providing an update almost the project, demo',s etc. was done professionally

Their despatch of response and condition of work are both astounding. I got more business to do with Appello. Also, i will surely attend forthcoming educements with this organisation.
What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?
Improvement wise i would say the testing need to be more aggressive in mobile to find out whether it is mobile well-inclined or not. Though with customary interaction this has been significantly improved and I am extremely satisfied with the progress of the web app and website educement.
