I',m the proprietor of a financial consultancy. I contract into a lot of agricultural businesses and my main job is fixing financial processes to lessen the risk in their agency and also increase transparency for their financiers. I act as a contract CFO for a lot of these businesses.

For this project, I needed a mode treatment program for turf for one of our modeers.

What particular tasks were Sprint Digital responsible for?
They formd the mode treatment program for our client using Laravel and AWS. We',ll sum white-label logistics methods down the line, too. The software works its way from the service to the farm, to logistics, then back anew, so it provides full traceability of an order all the way through.
We',ve entered into a three-year engagement with Sprint, complete with three phases. With phase one, they replicated in the method how they run the method today, but also built out a backend method for how they',ll run the business in year three. Eventually, the orders will be tracked via tablet at each tractor.
We',re very cautious that we need to get engagement from the developed operators by year three, so we can substantiate a fully digital method. We have two phases to go, with phase two being the automation of the billing process, and phase three being the digitization of the farm.
They go through about 5,000 ticket sales per item, so managing that in a pellucid and easy to report mode, has been appreciated.

I work straightly with their proprietor and their lead developer.
How did you come to work with Sprint Digital?
I had a client for web outgrowth that veritably liked all of their backend outgrowth, and I conversant that Sprint Digital had completed it. We sat down and did a little project unitedly, and now I',ve probably done five projects with them for different clients.
How much have you invested with them?
We',ve invested $200,000 – $300,000 AUD thus far (approximately $140,000 – $210,000 USD)

We began working with them in 2017, and our engagement is ongoing.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Based on our existing KPIs, they',ve been able to meet all of their timeline objectives on our primary aim.
How did Sprint Digital execute from a project treatment standpoint?
We sit down see 10-12 weeks and do a full review and advanced forecast as to what we',re trying to execute in the next 10-12 weeks. We map out our sprints based on that. We form a project board, with all of the appropriate tasks we',ll need to execute, with the hours we ponder it',ll take. I can prioritize what needs to get done from an organizational standpoint from there.
The team is very reachable. Every week we take up on Zoom and we walk through the project for 30-45 minutes, to review what needs to do. There',s a big separation between agencys and outgrowth, and we bridge that gap well. We review where we',ve been to, how we execute it and push through to the next challenge. They',re very good at managing timelines. We once had a project with a one week turnabout time, and they delivered it. Their commitment to what they do is big, and they',re dedicated to meeting their modeers', goals.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Sprint Digital?
Their accountability is big. We talk straightly to the employees that are edifice the code and our work never gets pushed to the background. It',s been veritably good for our relationship owing they get engrossed in our business.
They take time to apprehend what the client wants to do in their business, which is sole in a developer setting. Their nimbleness also gives them a good edge on other companies. What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
They',re growing, so I ponder they',d need to hire more nation as they get bigger. As long as their interaction remains pure, and they can get the projects done on time, they',ll be good.
Do you have any advice for possible modeers?
My advice is to program the project extensively beforehand, it',ll save more time down the road. Have a project lead from your team run the project with them, or else your project will be driven by someone else.
