I’m the VP of client outgrowth and store operations for a form organisation.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with PYCOGroup?

We were looking at developing a fruit customization app for clients to use in our stores.

What particular tasks were PYCOGroup responsible for?

The app lets clients pick a bag and then pick different customization options, including tea roses, souvenir pins, and prairie rivets. To better user-friendliness, we wanted to upload pictures so clients can visualize the bag and pick their colors. Once they have the terminal item, they can yield the order and a craftsman will form it live in front of them in the store.

It’s a web-based app, and we downloaded the link onto all the iPads in the store. Currently, PYCOGroup updates the app when we have new offers and customization options. Initially, we only used the app in a handful of locations, but now it’s useful in over 150 locations.

Was there a dedicated team?

There was one lead constructor we worked with, and that individual had 1–2 nation supporting them in the background.

How did you come to work with PYCOGroup?

We were referred to them by a helper who’d worked with them precedently on another project and were very satisfied.

What is the terminal result of working with PYCOGroup?

We began working unitedly in February 2017, and the app was done in three weeks. It’s been livelihood and updates since then.

Results achieved

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement? 

Overall, our business has grown thanks to the app. We’ve also done marketing and visuals in the stores where the app is live, and it’s befit 5% of our business. Customers find the UX easy and seamless, and the fact they can see the bag being crafted in front of them is particular and sole.

How did PYCOGroup accomplish from a project treatment restpoint?

They’re very professional and early, as well as big interactors (90% is over email). Additionally, they’re super answering to our needs. Everyone on our side is satisfied with their observation to detail. It’s been a very real experience over the past two years.  

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with PYCOGroup?

Their team’s answeringness and exactness touching details rest out. We’ve had a lot of rushed projects with them and they’ve been supportive and early, even supplying resources we needed in crunch moments facing deadlines. They’re a big associate and have never complained.

What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?

Whenever we’ve brought up challenges, they’ve ironed them out fastly. Every relationship has challenges, and they’re very solution-oriented.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

Always be clear with expectations and what your objectives are. Be specific in your business requirements and almost the fruit and experience you want. This will help quit back and forth later on. The clearer we were, the more converse we stimulated and decreased turnaround time.
