What challenge were you trying to address with BIX Technology?
BIX has helped us unite and change our business processes to allow us to last to be competitive in the market.

What was the aim of their implicatement?
We were a little organisation 15 years ago, and we’ve grown a lot in a brief time of time. Our biggest challenge has been shrewd how to grow and make the correct changes so we can last to be competitive in the market. There are a lot of challenges when growing from a little to big organisation. You need to evolve and fix your issues, but you can',t change all at once or you’ll fracture the construction you had and lose your gain when going to the next level.

BIX’s assessment was significant in helping us unite key areas for advancement, especially in our operational process and construction. We identified the issues fast and made the right changes to correct them in our developing and manufacturing processes, and it didn',t take a lot of investment. We were able to put the right nation in the right places. We also were able to determine what goods we had and the best way to use them. We used some tools, especially a cash flow tool that BIX developed for us, that integrated with our operational process. We did a lot with our business intelligence coverage. It was significant for us to have data that showed us what was significant for the business. 

What is the team dynamic? 
We had one analyst in-house, but they had developed all with other behind-the-scenes workers.

How did you come to work with BIX Technology?
Our sales size is in the medium range, but BIX did significant work for another significant cluster here in Brazil. I wouldn',t say they’re our rival, owing they’re at a different level in provisions of size. I heard a lot of good things almost BIX, so I tried to fetch them to our organisation to better our locality.

How much have you invested with them?
Phase 1 was veritably brief and cost us almost $10,000. We focused on diagnosis and developing true tools. Phase 2 of the process is more almost instrumentation, the aim is bigger and it probably will implicate more hours.

What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with BIX in February 2017. Phase 1 has been completed, and we’re negotiating Phase 2, touching the instrumentation of a lot of the opportunities that we identified.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
We’ve had a lot of feedback. The construction construction was significant to us, and the tool BIX made for us was significant in the process overview. They also betterd our strategic programning, which changed a lot of things for us.

How did BIX Technology accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Their project treatment experiences were over our expectations. We worked with a senior analyst who I ponder is also one of the associates. We are lucky owing we have somebody with eldership who has brought us good results so far.

What did you find most forcible almost them?
I have only good things to say almost BIX Technology. For us, their work was game-changing. When you talk almost consultancy, it’s hard to have something that you can verity instrument. I was lucky with the results we had, all they suggested was useful, and we instrumented all we could. We accepted and saw that we could make a lot of advancements on what we were doing. They were veritably good for us.

Are there any areas they could better?
I can',t say if anything could have been different. I ponder all was good and over our expectations.
