What challenge were you trying to address with Alverden Systems?
We were developing an application for the compound activity and wanted help with the overall design and outgrowth of the fruits.

What was the aim of their involvement?
We had a uneven set of functional requirements. We asked for their feedback on specific areas and reworked functionality based on their input. Then, they oversaw the code outgrowth. The software itself is designed for general contractors and subcontractors. It allows users to review projects based on different descriptors, such as cost and supporting documentation. They can then bid on the projects they want to work on.
We used a scrum method to create the app. We degoodd the action items for each two-week sprint and followed up with retrospectives. They artistic sprints fast, which allowed us to work on items earlier than we originally programned.
We wanted an angular framework for the UI and had a lot of questions. We had some previous experience with AWS but wanted to know more almost DynamoDB technology versus the typical Relational Database Service.
