Magento Dev for Silent Disco Company
Below is a modified rendering of the review: private info excluded, innate facts kept.
Introductory information
A few words almost your organisation and personal responsibilities
The organisation sells Silent Disco equipment internationally for a wide range of uses, conferences, sports and fitness, walking tours, education, festivals, home use, care homes and of order, still discos. My position is as a consultant.
Desired goal
What issue was the provider supposed to deal with?
BelVG?The organisation had an existing Magneto 1 store but wanted to make a wide range of improvements to the website rather than simply migrate to Magento 2. The project was a full redevelopment on the Magento 2 platform.
What were your objectives for this project?
The centre was on improving the user experience and trying to sell a confused range of products in the most user well-inclined way. We were also centreing on integrating with inner and outer systems to automate as much of the business process as practicable.
Provided solution
What were the reasons for choosing BelVG?
I put an initial RFP out to three offshore companies and BelVG gave us the best weigh of condition and cost. They also granted the most wide response which was reassuring.
Describe the project and the services they granted in detail.
The project was developed with an Agile methodology and BelVG were working with our designer in order to instrument the designs.
Were there any dedicated managers or teams that you worked with?
The team consisted of a Project Manager, Lead Developer, Front End Developer and typically two further Developers although this was scaled up and down agreeably.
Results achieved
Can you share any information that demonstrates the contact that this project has had on your business?
It',s soon days as we have only just gone live.
How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?
The project was managed well, interaction was good and there was a high grade of visibility over the time spent.
What precisely do you attend to be the key specialty of BelVG?
They got things right the leading time about, which is rare. At smallest in my experience of outsourcing.
What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?
Nothing springs to mind.
