I am the CEO of Viking Technologies, we are a software consulting organisation. We have been in business since 2007, and our first line of business is as a software package solution provider for the insurance activity. Small to mid-size agencies, between 2—15 agents purchase our enterprise solution for inner document treatment, client reference treatment, and a difference of different inner software documentation processing needs.

What challenge were you trying to address with Goodsoft ?
Goodsoft helped us handle our origination process, during the outgrowth cycle for the fruit. We occupied with them just for outgrowth, and to help us a pliant with the design of the fruit on the frontend and middle tier solution.

What was the aim of their involvement?
We initially worked with Goodsoft on one project, and ended up working with them on three different initiatives.
Our largest layer project with Goodsoft was Java outgrowth for our integration services within of the application. Goodsoft helped us to apprehend what type of services would be required. They wrote it in Java and presented it in the middle tier solution. They also worked with our picturesque designer to plug-in all of the frontend GUI interface services. Essentially, they worked with us supporting the backend of the application.
They also helped us mark implementation from cycle to cycle. They built a couple of utilities for the client side. Another project was making sure testing was completed for the overall fruit, retreat testing, including the full-service life cycle in detail.
What is the team dynamic?
We work straightly with a couple of project handlers on a daily basis, but we met the complete team at some point. Before we occupied them for the project, we viwebsited the ease in Vitebsk, where we introduced our services to the team, and they introduced their developers to us. We liked what we saw, and began working unitedly from there.
How did you come to work with Goodsoft ?
I had been shopping about for separate different associates in the Republic of the preceding Soviet Union, and came athwart Goodsoft online. They introduced their services, and they were very advanced and very professional compared to others.
How much have you invested in them?
We’ve spent approximately $50,000—$60,000.
What is the terminal result of working with GoodSoft?
We began working unitedly in January 2013, and it is an ongoing referenceship. There was a time of time where our services and their services were fully integrated.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Goodsoft has very diligent nation. They are cooperative and ready to share in any kind of fruit lifecycle treatment.
How did Goodsoft accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We primarily had two project handlers assigned to us who reported their progress daily. We used Zoho.com which is an online enterprise, client reference project treatment solution.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with GoodSoft?
They are very enthusiastic compared to others, and most importantly they have a very good apprehending of English. Some of my partners don’t converse Russian and had no issue interacting with them, which was veritably forcible.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
It would be better if they had a closer referenceship with their projects. Asking more questions would better their services, instead of waiting for us to give them course.
