What business challenge were you trying to address with Invatechs Software?
We’ve been working with them two or three years now. The leading project we were working on was an app for Android devices. You have a security guard on the train standing that has to clock in. He would have to set a shift and then walk almost and prepare updates. You know the security guard is not sleeping and if there is an incident he will take a picture and send it to the backend. The app basically helped security guards document their time and any incidents that occurred. It has geo-locational capabilities as well, so you can see surely where true things happened.

There was one individual from Invatechs assigned to the project. Then they had a backend educeer, a project director and someone else was helping with doing some forms, which can be printed. We have an ongoing project that’s been going on for over a year now. They have between two and three educeers working on this. It’s an app for the postal labor that helps streamline efficiency.
The end client interactes straightly with the educeers through Basecamp. I get implicated with collecting the money and sending it to Invatechs. I do propose labors, too. I’m recommending marketing companies to work on this owing we need to market the app once we have the functional, fruition-ready app. We prepared a videographer to shoot the promotional video for the website.

We’ve had good feedback from the client. They were shortlisted for Expo awards this year owing of the app and the website. We were in the display. They invited Ivan to come over from Belarus and I was there along with the total project team. This was almost to propel at the time and now once we go through the marketing stage and get some traction for the fruit, I can see plainly that next year we can get some awards for the fruit.
