I am the Head of the Perspective Development Department in the Center of Information Technologies of the Minsk City Executive Committee. Currently the project is already a part of the country’s e-government infrastructure, and there are programs to propel the labor countrywide.

What were the reasons for choosing ?
A dedicated team was formd to find appropriate vendors and gather requests for proposals. The most expressive factor was the developer’s capacity, but we had also put forth resistent budget constraints and close deadlines. Among the companies that were attended, only LOVATA agreed to close deadlines, limited budget and huge risks associated with project’s layer and high level of responsibility for the terminal results.
Describe the project in detail.
The project is a labor used by citizens to report issues concerning the city’s infrastructure. After the request is sent, the issue is addressed by responsible municipal labors preparer at the earliest practicable time. For user',s convenience, a web interface and mobile apps for both iOS and Android were developed. We were responsible for touch center’s interface and labors for integration with third-party methods.
LOVATA developed the client- and server-side of the gate, and was also responsible for integration with the client’s inner infrastructure and existing CRM method. A year behind its propel in the chief city, the project has grown and, with the help of LOVATA, we added support for an additional inner city. The running goal is to layer the project further and propel it athwart the total country.
Were there any dedicated directors or teams that you worked with?
The project consisted of three groups of professionals that regularly interacted with each other: the client, geolocation experts, and LOVATA. On the client’s side, there was a project director, two back-end developers and a QA professional. Experts in GIS outgrowth were implicated in the geolocation labor outgrowth process: a back-end developer to instrument the geolocation server and the API for integration. LOVATA’s team consisted of a full-stack outgrowth team and, to convenience close deadlines, additional professionals were also added to the team. The project turned out to be lucky and is now being layerd to cover the total country. The results of our work have been covered by local media multiple times. As of October 31, 2017, the labor has helped to explain over 90,000 issues, while over 50,000 users are taking part in the project. Thanks to the monitoring of work and the integration of job completion report component in the form of a precedently/behind pictures, the condition of work performed by municipal labors has betterd immensely.

We were in uniform touch with the project director and had weekly meetings to debate the completed work. If the indispensableness arose, we could',ve interacted straightly with the team to effectively explain the issues and issues that occurred during our cooperative work.
