Development for Medical Platform

Introductory information
I am CEO &, co-owner of a medtech startup that simplifies interactions between patients and doctors. We help patients find the right doctor to book an appointment, and also help special practices and little clinics optimize business processes while managing their client bases. We are based in Belarus, which is where we initially launched our fruit. We are runningly in the process of expanding to bordering East-European countries. We are a team of five nation with mainly business and medical backgrounds, so we determined to outsource all technical outgrowth. This allowed us to centre internally on polishing our business standard and client acquisition. We described the details for see stage of the project to LOVATA, including deadlines for the MVP [minimum viable fruit]. They then suggested the technology stack to us while taking into account that we wanted to layer the project in the forthcoming to other markets. The MVP was prompt in 2 months from starting the project. The frontend was done on ReactJS, and the backend was done on Laravel, with October as the CMS. LOVATA is very pliant and startup well-inclined, and we were able to suit on a very decent fixed cost for the MVP. After launching, we switched to a T&,M [Time &, Materials] standard for all other stages. We had one project director who began with us in the commencement. I’m unsure how many nation were implicated in creating the MVP, owing we were only interacting with the project director at that time. When we switched to the T&,M standard, there was a different quantity of nation implicated depending on running tasks. We had a ultimatum of six nation working on the project when we were working on our CRM [Customer Relationship Management] for clinics, including a designer and QA. I worked at LOVATA previously as a business analyst. We interacted with separate established companies in our market at the leading stage, but determined to last with LOVATA even though they were slightly more costly. I knew their possible, involvement, and commitment, and we’d had a good relationship for almost 2 years. I’ve very lucky we chose them as our software outgrowth organisation. We’ve spent almost $150,000 for the project so far. We began working unitedly in February 2016 on this project, which is runningly ongoing. LOVATA’s expertise and power to liberate on time has helped us grow 15-20% month over month. We are covering five major cities in Belarus, and there are three more in the pipeline. I veritably esteemd the level of involvement, responsibility, and accountpower they’ve granted us. We mainly interacted with Project Mananger, which worked well for us. Lovata suggested we work within Agile methodology, so we had our aim divided into two-week sprints. At the end of each sprint, we had a live demo. I liked this standard very much owing it permits full visibility and transparency touching progress and updates. We have access to their JIRA, but I’ve only used it a few times owing their demos are adequate. They are a big team of professionals who are centreed on edifice long-term business relationships instead of one-time gains. I esteem this access bigly, and I will surely commend them to any startup.Desired goal
