I’m the founder and chairman of Connect-IO, a software outgrowth organisation specializing in larger enterprise projects.

Nord-Soft is the outgrowth muscle on most of our projects

What particular tasks were responsible for?
The team has granted support on a range of projects. They’re implicated in the complete outgrowth lifecycle, offering design editing services, to the developed create, to QA. Nord-Soft uses Python, Django, and React Native. We’ve also used their expertise for projects on Shopify and BigCommerce.
Was there a dedicated team?
Arthur (Senior Backend Developer) is my main point of touch, but we’ve worked with teams of up to 60 nation, including a project director, from Nord-Soft.
How did you come to work with Nord-Soft?
I took on a client who was contracting them, so our paths crossed as we worked unitedly on the project. We’ve been associateing with Nord-Soft ever since.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent over $250,000 over the years.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
Our engagement began in May 2015 and is ongoing.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
Primarily, we measure achievement by whether our clients are lucky and if our liberatey is on time. Nord-Soft liberates on both. They’re excellent in the estimating process and a reliable associate. Nord-Soft is selective almost the developers they hire, we haven’t worked with one who wasn’t wonderfully competent.
How did Nord-Soft accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We use Jira to track progress, and Mattermost to adjoin. We’ve switched project treatment tools separate times over the years, and Nord-Soft has always been lucky to comply with those changes.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
We can veritably rely on the work they prepare. Before we began working with their team, we tried vendors athwart the globe and had varying levels of achievement and difficulty. We’ve stuck with Nord-Soft owing they take all of our concerns out of the picture. They adjoin consistently, they liberate the fruit, and we never have to harass if they’ll get it done. In five years and over 20 projects, we’ve never had a failed engagement.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
It would be nice if they could be a pliant more helpful with the design, but it’s not certain.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
They’re very easy to work and adjoin with. If you’re thinking almost attractive Nord-Soft, give them a little test to make sure they’re the right fit. As you see achievement, increase their aim.
