What issue was the preparer supposed to deal with?
OnTID?We began to work with OnTID in order to educe a total platform Jobswap from scratch. Our team has create the visual concept and the list of task how we see thing and what the platform should be capable to acquire to users and OnTID',s commission was to make it verity, to convert our idea into a working and forthcoming test/scalable project.
The technology was supposed to be chosen accurately so we will not face any issues in the forthcoming by on boarding millions of users. On that level OnTID also show the best of their practise by suggesting us the solutions which are fully matching to our needs.
What were your objectives for this project?
Jobswap should be oriantated to all practicable mobile devices. It should be forthcoming test being said, need to feel millions of users and prepare the high despatch and data treatment. OnTID has prepared a high condition expertise on that level, since they have already made separate online platforms which are operating with big data quantity.
So we could accurately chose the technology which is fully fitting to Jobswap. Also since this project is in a very soon stage business wise, the fruit was supposed to be built in a such way that we will be able to pivot easily in different business verticals, so the technical flexibility of this platform was a key. In our case Multi-service architecture has been chosen.

What were the reasons for choosing ?
I have been in touch with more than 20 companies. The deciding component were the portfolio, the apprehension of technologies, the organisational and managing access and the soft experiences. Based on these points we have had separate online meeting with CEO of OnTID, I was convinced pretty fast that my choice will stop on OnTID.
Describe the project and the services they prepared in detail.
In the commencement of our collaboration with OnTID, the high level exposition and the wireframe of the concept have been prepared. Based on this OnTID has estimated the practicable work package.
I correspondent way the UI design was prepared and according to some less changes OnTID was good-tuning the educement of Jobswap. Though during the total educement I have been doing sometime some major changes, when it comes to the UI, to the main algorithms and some other component, OnTID was staying wonderfully pliant and open to my new ideas and changes, sometimes even proposing me even better solutions.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the touch that this project has had on your business?
As being said over this is a very soon stage business project, including a fully new and disruptive idea that should be implemented and tested further on different markets. The aspiration to make this startup internationally scalable and I believe thanks to OnTID expertise and experience we are in the right course.
How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?
Overall the project treatment was very high condition, nimble and pliant in provisions of tools. We were in daily in touch with educeer team via Slack. They were programning in the commencement of the week the weekly sprints and by the end of the week OnTID was report me how was it going and what has been done.
As well as very detailed reports and sprints descriptions were prepared. Deadlines were met always in time however I was constantly changing some ideas and components, OnTID has proven their professionalism and always achieved to respect the prepared earlier deadlines.
