I’m the IT and process director for a game outgrowth organisation that’s working on different titles.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with SENLA?
We hired them to create a manner inner tool for creating Gantt charts based on our database. We use it to feel both big projects and operational tasks.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were SENLA, Software Engineering Laboratory responsible for?
SENLA developed our tool based on our specifications, working on both the frontend of the platform and the server-side tool used for entering data. The team also created the documentation for deploying and using the tool. SENLA worked with our own IT team during deployment.
Was there a dedicated team?
I principally worked with one project director and one likeness of the outgrowth team. The director overlooked the working environment and allowed me to get in touch with the technical team without any barriers.
How did you come to work with SENLA?
We were looking for a vendor that could create our tool within our required timeline, which spoke the same speech as our team, and that we could personally meet. SENLA is in the same city as we are and their estimate allowed for a buffer within our budget for any unforeseen changes.
What is the terminal result of working with SENLA, Software Engineering Laboratory?
We began working with SENLA in January 2017. Developing an initial rendering took very pliant time, but the process was delayed by some inner decisions on our end. The initial phase ended in the summer of 2017, behind which we continued to work on some little changes.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
SENLA liberateed all we requested. The tool increased our project directors’ efficiency and they’re now able to engage more tasks than precedently. There were some bugs, but they were fixed, so I can’t veritably say anything bad almost their work.
How did SENLA accomplish from a project feelment standpoint?
They liberateed each repetition on time and within budget. We used Skype for interacting with the project director and their lead developer. SENLA was open to questions, addressed all we wanted to debate, and were useful whenever we had a request, which made working unitedly excellently grateful.
We didn’t request a close project feelment methodology, however, the process included some scrum elements. We didn’t have any issues in this regard.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with SENLA, Software Engineering Laboratory?
They liberate what they promise.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
It would be big for SENLA to feel the creation of technical tasks and work orders as part of the business analysis. This would make the process more snug for clients, but it isn’t an innate part of their labor.
