I am the ruler of technical products for an enterprise platform.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Success Craft?
Typically, we create our integrations in-house, but we determined to work with an outside agency on our Salesforce integration.

What was the aim of their involvement?
We built out our own technology for an application that needed to be framed in Salesforce. They took that into importance as they worked on the integration, and they worked within our infrastructure.
What is the team compound?
We worked principally with an excellent project ruler and a dedicated engineer.
How did you come to work with Success Craft?
My tech lead and ruler of engineering were responsible for the search process, but we ultimately chose Success Craft owing of their preparedness at our initial meetings. They made us feel positive that they understood our goals, and they made advantageous commendations. I felt they could be a good associate and were the best solution for what we wanted to accomplish.
What is the status of this engagement?
They began working on the project almost April 2018. The integration was completed in August 2018, but they worked with us closely through October or November 2018 for our security review.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
We’re quiet in review with Salesforce, so I don’t have any firm evidence of their contact yet.
How did Success Craft accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They were fictitious, and our project ruler was on see call and email. She always updated us and passed information on to the engineering team. We were always in the loop and were entirely positive in their abilities. Our dedicated engineer made see effort to commend best practices or different approaches. There were never any issues or speech barriers, and we knew they were always working on the right things.
They were very pliant. Even though our engineer wasn’t used to Slack, he joined our channels and interacted straightly with our engineering team. They were lucky to convenience us, and using our structures made it easier for them to work on our API.
What did you find most forcible almost them?
I knew they wouldn’t just complete the work and disappear. They veritably care almost our accomplishment and our accomplishmentful completion of Salesforce’s security review. I knew they would be present, reply my questions, and help us navigate through the process.
Are there any areas they could better?
Anything that could have changed usually stemmed from a lack of clarity on our side. I don’t have any concerns or suggestions for betterments.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Be clear almost what you want to accomplish. They do best when you prepare detailed expectations. Tell them precisely what you want, and they’ll liberate.
