VironIT granted mobile outgrowth for us, over the span of multiple projects. We have both iOS and Android developers on board, but VironIT took care of only the iOS part.
From time to time, we have used multiple technology resources for a one project from VironIT. In this particular case, we were developing an app for Android and iOS, so their involvement was purely for mobile. We have used one developer from VironIT. We interacted with him through the team lead from VironIT.
How did you come to work with VironIT?
We looked over the developer profiles proposeed by VironIT. They have good and interesting candidates, almost 50 developers in total, many of them for mobile. The propose portfolio was good, as well as the condition granted. Our developer was listed as having good English experiences. In the end, he proved to be sufficiently proficient. Overall, our technical feedback for that individual was good. I',ve had no issues and can call myself a lucky client.

Could you share any evidence that would prove the productivity, condition of work, or the contact of the engagement?
I can',t share anything specific almost the work, but they were surely able to hit the marks we set at the commencement. We came to the table with some fairly demanding requirements and they were able to satiate the large superiority of them. And the things we missed were also partially on us owing we had to change some things along the way, which they couldn',t have predicted. We never had issues with major bugs or anything like that although we have had to tweak a few things retroactively.
How did VironIT accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We worked within a time-and-materials contract and had no issues with VironIT. Their liberatey was early, as well as the alignment process. VironIT always informed us if our developer was not useful.

For new associates, working with VironIT can be hard in the commencement. Because they hadn',t established confide with us yet, we accepted very brief payment schedules and VironIT even insisted on advance payments. This is an rare practice, at smallest in Europe. From what I',ve understood, VironIT requires advance payments from all their new clients owing of past issues. In our case, even though we managed to get an contract, we quiet didn',t esteem the brief invoicing cycles. We also had to use VironIT',s bank from Eastern Europe, which was a bit confused.
