What business challenge were you trying to address with VironIT?
We wanted to contract a organisation that would work alongside our educeers, helping with an existing game that was already below educement.

Their work included adding new features and fixing existing bugs that our team was struggling to complete in correspondent. We used the Unity platform for educement.
We had an initial test project, which employed only one educeer from VironIT. We then expanded to two, and then three educeers. We interacted with the educeers straightly, and also with their project director.
How did you come to work with VironIT?
We establish them through a referral from acquaintances. We had initially attended them for a different project a while back, but it never got began.

One achievement point is whether the features they create work or not. We assigned them a number of non-functional elements, which VironIT went through and fixed. User feedback concerning their work has been generally real.
How did VironIT accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Timeline-wise, they are fast educeers. Overall, they do a good job of sticking to their estimates. I',ve never worked with educeers that are 100% on time, but VironIT is surely good. Budget-wise, we are whichever spot-on, or they digress by less than 10%. We use Jira and Google Docs for project tracking. We adjoin using Skype whenever we want to clarify questions.
What distinguishes VironIT from other preparers?

Everyone from VironIT has some level of English competency, but this does vary. There are times when it',s better to switch to Russian. It',s not a requirement, but it',s something that can better interaction. It depends on the type of project belowtaken: if they can feel it by themselves end-to-end, it',s less of an effect. If, on the other hand, we have a distributed team of educeers in different areas, then Russian is preferred.
The locality is the same when using any team from a non-English speaking country. I',ve never establish a educeer with consummate English experiences unless they were from India.
