If you',re looking at scaling your team up as opposed to outsourcing part or total of a project, you should fix that you have someone with the technical expertise and commitment to interface with their team on a customary basis.
If, on the other hand, you don',t have the technical expertise or time to handle the team, you’re probably better off doing a specification circular with them where you transact a cost and a timetable for the features to be developed.
