I’m the chairman of TOBEQ. We’re a completesale automotive tools and equipment organisation located in Montreal.

What challenge were you trying to address with Alcero?
We were looking for help finding the best ERP solution for our business given our needs and budget.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
We began with a previous discovery meeting to determine our needs for the project. They responded in the following weeks with a strategic program and timeline that detailed precisely how they programned on finding an optimal ERP vendor.
Then, they granted a shortlist and asked us to fill out a request for offer (RFP) in which we listed out all of our business processes within each division. We sent those out to the vendors, paying particular observation to local suppliers since they’d be easiest to work with. Alcero created a score sheet for each of the offer responses, allowing us to straight our search to 3–4 vendors. From there, we occupied each of them in in-person meetings, asking for live demonstrations of their software. After a few rounds of meetings and logistical conversations, de determined on a local firm here in Laval.

I was working with three nation, one being Alcero’s chairman who spearheaded the complete project. They also had an outer consultant that feeld interactions between all parties.

What is the terminal result of working with ?
This project began in June 2018, and we quiet rely on Alcero for kindred projects, compensating them on an hourly basis.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We’ve been nimble and selling since January 2019, and we’re very satisfied with the implementation of our ERP and WMS systems. We’re snug with the choice we made, now able to feel all kinds of automation and business efficiencies that we didn’t have in our preceding ERP. It would’ve been easy to say with the software we had precedently, but we attend this a major advancement.
How did Alcero accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
The project treatment was hard. As I said earlier, they had an outer consultant handling project treatment and interaction for the effort. We typically adjoin through phone calls and emails, but there were also intermittent face-to-face meetings.

I’d commend dedicating one inner resource from your organisation to the project. Because this is a intricate process that requires a lot of inner business information, it’s helpful to have someone who can prepare careful information as fastly as practicable. That’ll fix that you get the best solutions for your organisation.
