We were tasked with increasing the following and engagement of The North Face Vancouver',s social media accounts including Instagram and Facebook. Through a series of creative collaborative campaigns with outdoors-focused Influencer accounts on Instagram, we set up a summer Hike Challenge Series and a winter Whistler giveaway to double the size of the social community from 4800 to over 9100 followers.
Organic
engagement also rose significantly despite the new algorithm',s on the platforms cutting back on organic reach. The latest Hike Challenge announcement for this summer generated over 1000 organic engagements.We are always meticulously deliberating within the team to see how we can build a community instead of simply broadcasting content at our online audience, and leverage the latest social media tools and functions to enable us to improve our communications strategy for our clients.
